“This place is fantastic! The ladies in the front desk are professional and communicated well. The doctors and techs are so thorough and considerate. I felt very heard when explaining the issues our bearded dragon was having. They answered all of our questions and made us feel relieved and confident in helping our bearded dragon be her healthiest. On top of the wonderful care, the cost was extremely reasonable! We live an hour away, but it's completely worth it. Thank you guys for taking care of Barbie :)”

“I began taking my previous cat here back in 2017 when I moved to the area. Dr. Purcell & his team were always compassionate and straight forward in their care, empowering me to make good choices for my cat. My previous cat passed in 2022, but when I adopted a new cat, I knew I had to come back to Westside! There are probably 20 vets closer to me now, but I will always make the trip to Westside!

Westside feels like home from the time I arrive to the time I leave. I love Donna’s authenticity & compassion! I’m a nervous person by nature, but Donna always makes me feel at ease. The care team always treats my pet with kindness & care, very gentle in their handling. I appreciate that I get estimates on my cat’s care before action is taken and that everything is explained in a way I can understand. Dr. Purcell has always been honest & compassionate and I appreciate that he takes time to make sure I understand what’s best for my pet. I also like that I get handouts to go home with and reminders to keep up with routine care. I couldn’t ask for a better care team and I always feel like my cat is in wonderful hands! Any time I’m asked for vet recommendations, I always tell them this is the place I go.”

“I love Dr. Purcell and his entire staff. He takes his time and explains any questions I have with patience and professionalism. His staff is great with my Scotty. He feels like a star when he visits from all the attention he receives. The environment is relaxed and welcoming. I can't say enough. Oh wait yes I can! The cost are reasonable, and even below what others are charging. Also they have a daycare, even if you have to drop your baby off with no appointment, they will fit him in. Once again, I LOVE Westside Animal Hospital. I highly and have recommended them to others, including my granddaughter.”
