After spending 2 hour at Eyeclass World figuring out our insurance options we left. None of the associates at Eyeglass World didn't know they don't except Medlife.At Visionworks we fellt like family. Our needs were talking care of above and beyond. The associates treated us with care and respectI recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly service, fast visit, very professional! I came in to get some new frames/lenses, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I can't say enough about how good the staff was at Visionworks in Savannah!

The whole Visionworks experience was very good.Tho only negative was that I was not informed that my visit was going to be a telemed until I arrived. Given that I wasn't really given an option if I wanted to keep the scheduled appointment I would give the experience a 4.5.

I was a new patient to VISIONWORKS, and my experience here was awesome from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The receptionists were extremely helpful, and the Doctor was very knowledgeable. I have recommended VISIONWORKS to my family and friends, starting with my Mom. I scheduled an appointment for my Mom next week. So, if you're looking for somewhere to go to get your eyes checked.....go to VISIONWORKS!!?

I took my son to this location on 11/1/2023 for a eye exam and to purchase glasses. I was advise that it can take up to 2 weeks for them to come in. As of 11/20/2023 my son did not receive the glasses that we purchased. I did not receive a call to provide an update or etc. I went back to the location to request a refund on 11/20/2023. Later that day, I called the customer service 1800 number and was informed that my refund can take up to 30 days. Overall, our first time there was a bad experience.

If someone calls to make an appointment, you should tell them they won't be seeing a doctor in person. To make it worse, the room they conduct the telehealth eye appointments in is set up so that depending on your height, you can't see the screen the Dr will be on. If that's the case, they will ask you to scrunch yourself down in the chair. I have a spinal injury that prevents me from sitting in a chair the way they asked me to, so I was told I would need to reschedule. I spent 40 minutes there and left without being able to finish the exam. If you have a neck/back injury, or would prefer to see a doctor in person, I recommend going some place else.

This review is mostly for the very nice lady who helped me at the end of my appointment, her son works at the same place I do. (I don’t remember her name)She was very, very kind and compassionate. She saw me tearing up at the price and repeatedly kept asking me in a whisper if I wanted to void it, she even checked on me outside.Thank you very much. I won’t forget the kindness and heart you had with me and I’ll be returning to VisionWorks because of you!! Thank you so much love!

Hands down the best experience I've had for an eye exam. Everyone from the front desk every tech and doctors were very and thoroughly knowledge. Me and my family left there with no questions because they asked them all!!!

Was very happy with, hopefully I get the name correct, Erin. I walked into this visionworks without an appointment. The woman behind the counter was congenial, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you. Much better experience than my previous visionworks encounter(different location). I will be back.
