To begin customer service was very poor, no greetings when you walk in or even help offered as you walk around the store and management seemed uninterested. The checkout line was run by a only an older woman but it was a rather slow checkout process and as the line grew no other associate took the initiative to hop on the register to speed up the process. My least favorite walgreens in the Savannah area, it never fails to take over 10 mins to get checked out !

I shop here often for Uber Eats orders. The staff is friendly and their stock is typically fine. However, this shopping experience is not a great one for two reasons. First, management doesn't allow customers to use the restroom. I had to go so bad. It was an emergency situation. A pharmacist told me no. I didn't complain, but it did give me a bad impression of how the store is run. I had no choice other than to leave my cart and drive home. On a different day, an older woman with a serious UTI was told by a cashier that she wasn't allowed to use the restroom. That's wild considering Walgreens is a pharmacy store and she had a medical reason. I know the staff gets heat from customers about this because I've seen it. Second, there is no self checkout station. The line can get quite long, especially when there's only one person working the register. It's inconvenient to stand in a slow line for a few items. Ultimately, I can overlook the inefficiency. The low rating is for management's lack of care with the restroom policy. I wouldn't get my prescriptions from here. 4/7/2024

Left the ER with an Rx for insulin, Walgreens said it would be ready in one hour. Two DAYS later and they STILL don't even have it in stock?! The best they can do is give me phone numbers so I can call around and see who else might have it. Something like that would have been helpful two days ago. You can't play like this with insulin. They are nothing like those cute commercials.

I moved to Savannah Georgia February 2023 and transferred my meds to this Walgreens from Florida. The staff here is amazing. I am very impressed with the pharmacy staff. Had flu shot this morning and didn't even feel the needle. I highly recommend and praise this pharmacy.

When someone's already underthe weather, the very last thing theywant to do is drive back and forth tothe drive-in pharmacy window, onlyto be told each time they return thattheir scripts are not ready for pickupafter spending an hour waiting in theparking lot for the scripts to be filled.Do yourselves a huge favor and findanother pharmacy, because this oneis utterly ridiculous. You might see adozen people behind the counter, allbumping into each other, but that will not expedite the process whatsoever.This place has stuck it to me twice,I promise there won't be a third time.Everyone's prepared to wait a little atany pharmacy, but there's no excusefor the unprofessionalism at this location. I really wish I could takeback the one star. I ended up justreturning home without either of myscripts. Upon speaking with the onduty pharmacist, she just spoke overme. She could not give five minutesto (wait) and hear what I had to sayafter I waited at the pharmacy anhour for her to fill my two scripts.Go Figure Right. Unprofessional.

Pharmacy customer service is horrible. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes before hanging up. Because it would ring back to them and they would pick the phone up not saying anything and put it right back on hold. It's honestly insane how rude people can be

I went through the drive-thru to pick my meds up it only costed 2.00 after insurance. All I had on me was a 50 dollar bill on me so I gave it to the girl . She returned my change in a envelope I don't own a staple remover and why she stapled my cash I don't understand and on top of that it was stapled twice it tore my money 48 dollars . So I called and spoke to the office manager I asked if she would exchange my money she said no it's a learning curb for the girl that I have to pay for . I went to the bank they wouldn't take ripped money. So that's what kind of people you're dealing with people that will double State your money in half not nice people there. I'm taking care of my granddaughter and just don't have $48 to throw away like that I wasn't even able to buy myself or my granddaughter lunch that day if there's anyone out there that can help me please let me know

The average wait time at the pharmacy is only TWELVE MINUTES! That’s pretty fast. That kind of stellar service just proves how devoted Walgreens is to their employees and customers.

Don’t use your debit card here pay cash instead or go somewhere else. They have an issue with the computer freezing and even though your card goes through they still try to charge you again I paid cash the second time and when I saw it went through the first time they didn’t want to refund my cash. They wanted me to wait 2 or 3 days for the refund on my bank card. Also restrooms are closed I’m sure do to homeless population around here

This Walgreens needs to be shut down. Not only are they price gouging many of their products, but the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare.I had surgery today and dropped the prescriptions off for my pain meds immediately after leaving the hospital. My husband went to go pick them up and waited 2 hours for them, is currently still waiting.The staff is completely careless, lazy, some of them are just standing there playing on their phones while dozens of patients are also waiting. No pharmacist was able to give an answer as to when they would be ready. Meanwhile I’m waiting at home in agony for the meds I desperately need.DO NOT use this pharmacy. Stay far away from this Walgreens. They need to be reported and shut down, period.
