I have been going to the Habersham Walgreens for about five years. All the ladies who work behind in the pharmacy section couldn’t be more kind or professional. Today I was there and a lady who works there but wasn’t helping me just asked out of the blue how my day was going. Thanks to the workers it really is the best pharmacy ever.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. They close down early or don’t open at all when they’re supposed to and not even open on weekends.

If that lady running photo booth is the manager, God help the rest of the staff. Rude and useless. Photos not ready when they said. Told me to just “call back every couple days” until ready. Then just walks away mid-sentence. Should have read reviews first. My own fault.

This used to be my favorite neighborhood pharmacy. Now the new staff can’t be bothered. They seem rushed and unfriendly and won’t even have eye contact. What happened to a pleasant and polite interaction? Disappointing. When they had to order a medication for me, I was never notified that it arrived. I’ve given this location numerous opportunities and I just don’t feel they deserve my business.

The worst pharmacy in town. They made multiple mistakes on our refills, they overcharged us many times. The pharmacy tech Takia is the rudest and the meanest there. It’s always very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience to communicate with her!! They are very unprofessional staff. Horrible and unprofessional customer service at that pharmacy. I would recommend to use somebody else.

Most useless and rude pharmacist assistant ive seen in my life. Clearly didn’t know how to do her job and was questioning me + withholding the medication until talking to her supervisor as though I have not been prescribed this medication for multiple years. Also rudely asked if I knew how much the medication cost like I just wouldn’t buy necessary medication or like I wouldn’t remember how much it cost? I consistently have a bad experience coming to this pharmacy would not recommend.

I use this Walgreens for all my pharmacy needs. The staff is always professional and efficient! They are often so busy that I think the manager should schedule more workers but even under pressure and surrounded by demanding customers, Rebecca (pharmacy tech) and Alison deliver.

This pharmacy has a sorry excuse of a staff. Especially Rebecca. My initial call from my mother’s phone was to cancel the numerous prescriptions that was ordered today, that had already been picked up. Shortly after, my mother personally called to inquire about the one medication I had been informed was ready for pickup during the call. She deliberately hung up on her four times back to back. I called from my personal number, and she answered, becoming hostile when I mentioned my mother’s name and the issue with the phone. This isn’t the first time we’ve faced issues with this pharmacy. They refill medications that shouldn’t be refilled. They even insist on prescribing medications that you don’t need, all at no cost. One lady even told me directly, “It wouldn’t hurt to have some extra; you never know when you might need it.” We will no longer be using Walgreens, effective today.
