I entered this store on Saturday 03/15/2025.Was mot greeted entering the store.as I approached to enter a aisle ,a young female worker came down the aisle as well.I spoke no response from her,I proceeded to look for a item on the candy aisle,and she was just standing & watching me the whole time She didn't offer to help, just staring.I felt so uncomfortable that I left and went to another Walgreens..will not be entering that location again.

I’ve gotten multiple vaccinations here without any issue. Always greeted by friendly, hardworking pharmacists and cashiers who will go the extra mile. Clean store

Do not order ONLINE PICK UPThey gave me this, all damaged items including Tampons. How could you sell damaged items???

Pharmacy/Vaccine waiting area had a homeless man that smelled like piss with a half smoked cigarette sleeping while sitting. Not a pleasant experience when you expect cleanliness and a sterile environment to get vaccinated. Seems like there is no security or anyone in charge of loitering inside the store. The pharmacy workers just acted as if he was not there. He even comfortably laid down and exposed a fresh new wave of throw up smell. Sleeping away…

Their customer service is awful can't get a real person on the phone and they lie by saying your prescription is ready for pick up when they don't have it ready

My best advice is to go somewhere else for your prescriptions- ESPECIALLY if they are birth control. Very bad customer service at the pharmacy. They have given me generic brand versions of my meds (that I am severely allergic to) even after I told them not to, and they still give them to me and charge the same for them. Not great.Rating 2 stars instead of just 1 because there is a Chick Fil A nearby.

Like many location, my local Walgreens has a CVS right across the street. I have to admit, I usually gravitate towards CVS. I really do now that Walgreens changed its reward system and I can't use my phone number. But I found myself in this Walgreens because they accept Fed Ex packages! How great is that?!? It saves me a trip to the southside and let's me grab a few drug store items I might need. The customer service was good. The store looked clean and brightly lit. They really carry a lot more food items than I remember and way more than CVS. It can be a little tricky getting in the parking lot (there is a Chick-fil-a and on a super busy corner) but once you do there is ample parking. I'm glad to have this Walgreens!

I won't ever shop here again. I went in after work and the cashier was the rudest ever ever ever. I was polite to her too. I asked for the manager and she was horrible too. Never again. I will stick with Wilmington Island Walgreens. The customer service there is MUCH more professional and they are so kind!

I recently moved to Savannah. I’ve always dealt with Walgreen’s Pharmacy. The staff I’ve been fortunate to have had experiences has compelled me to create this review for others who may not have similar situations at their pharmacy. Customer service is lacking in most businesses but I’m happy to report not at Walgreens on Victory.

DONT GET YOUR PICTURES PRINTED HERE. They ripped up photos of me and my friends :( nudity is not obscene or a crime!!!! If the workers were uncomfortable they should never have processed or printed the pictures instead of destroying the prints!! Unprofessional and immature.
