Do not go here. They will lie and tell you that they are out of a prescription to give or save for another customer. Plus they will violate Hippa law asking what are you using or need it for. Why are you asking personal questions that violate my rights? I have recorded a Pharmacist and 2 differ techs asking me why I am using or need a prescription as if they are my doctor. This new generation of workers at Walgreens on Derenne are the worst. Now they are telling me i need a new prescription after not filling it for the 5 months i have been trying. Do not go here‼️

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on the planet couldn’t get my pain meds after SURGERY!!! they did not care got my surgery finished at 10am they told me in 3 hours come back 4 hours later still not ready and they said they might not fill it until tomorrow it’s absolutely disgusting that these people are aloud to get away with this and someone should do something about this. It’s not just me there are other people in there who need pain meds,insulin etc and they are not filling it and they don’t even give a shit

The absolute worst pharmacy two lane drive threw only to have one lane open at all times so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes rather its inside or drive threw pharmacist are rude,unprofessional and have some of the worst customer service you will ever experience

I submitted a same day pickup photo for ONE greeting card at 8:30am and said it would be ready by 9am. Unfortunately when I went to pick up at noon the woman working the counter said the machine was not working today. I was never updated on the change in status in any way and am pretty upset that I wasted my lunch break on something that could have been a phone call or email.

Will not answer the phone, keeps extending the hold by picking up and placing me on hold again. Have tried three times and same thing each time. Appropriate customer service would be to say “Please hold we will be with you shortly.” Eventually, the system automatically hangs up on you. The wait times are always bad when picking up. The staff is never pleasant. They don’t seem to enjoy their jobs and project that onto the customers. I’m sure they deal with some rude customers too but they shouldn’t allow that to cause them to treat everyone poorly. There are so many other pharmacies to take your business to. Walgreens Corporate needs to address this location.

Every time I come to pick up my medicine it’s issue. Very rude customer service all expect the Red head lady(not American) she’s very nice and helpful. If I could give a double zero it would be given!!! Very disappointed in the service at this location!!!

I had to pick up meds after an ER Visit due to a car accident. The wait time to get 2 prescriptions was twice as long as the er visit (xray, scans, ekg, dr visit, etc) Ridiculous & the technician had a terrible attitude. Nasty - she should not be employed in customer service. Also 3 homeless people were waiting right outside the doors asking for money. Did not feel safe!!

I am currently stuck waiting on my brother’s medicine at 9 at night when I have classwork due tomorrow. It doesn’t take that long to grab a bottle of pills. I would give zero stars if I could.

My meds were changed to 90 day supply without my asking. I got a 60 day supply (not enough there).Told them finish getting the order done.I went 9:40 the night before I was to go out of state needing the other 30. They said they didnt get it ready and would not fill it. It could not transfer out of state. These jokers did not care that my going without for a week was dangerous. Ill be moving my meds. This pharmacy was good previously.

Staff was rude, held my prescription for 2 hours than called me and told me they couldn't fill it, so I had to drive back to pick up my prescription.
