This is the worst Walgreens in the entire country. If you need a prescription, get it sent somewhere else. It is virtually impossible to get one in a timely fashion. Then, even when they have told you to come and pick it up, it isn't ready? Then they get rude when you point out you were told on the phone to come ahead - and you wait 45 minutes to come ahead? Then you are told to sit and wait 5 minutes? And you wait 15 more minutes?From here on out I'll go elsewhere. This just stinks. If it was a one time situation, I'd say it was a one off. But it is every single time.

Went in the store tonight to try to use the bathroom was told by Teresa that once they clean the bathroom. They don’t want nobody to go in there. I'm pregnant so I'm unable to hold my bladder.. Very unprofessional

I went to pick up my amoxicillin (dealing with tonsillitis) prescription today, the lady on the phone told me that the prescription would be ready at 6:30pm. Got to the store about 6:40, another lady then proceeds to tell me that it’ll be ready in 30 minutes, fine. I leave and come back about an hour later at this point I can’t talk at all due to the swelling of my right tonsil. Another lady then proceeds to tell me that my prescription won’t be ready until Tommorrow. After all that back and forth with me trying to get my prescription that I desperately need.. Still nothing. Do better.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional assistance you provided at the Walgreens on Abercorn on June 24th. As a mother of an autistic and epileptic adult, I often face significant challenges related to his medications, especially when we travel.
In preparation for our family vacation this week, I encountered a major obstacle that could have delayed our plans. Unlike other pharmacists, you went above and beyond to ensure we could get his medication in time. Your dedication and willingness to help have restored my faith in the Walgreens brand.

They won't stop send many emails no matter what I do . Today I got one at 9:06 then another one at 9:08 then another at 10:02 I get them all day . I've emailed them I've unsubscribed and they still keep coming and coming and coming

My 18 year old son went on a Sunday to check on a prescription that was called in on a Friday. He was told insurance wouldn’t cover until later in the week. This was a new prescription so that info did not make sense. I told my son to go back in and tell them it was a new prescription. They completely ignored and dismissed him and didn’t look into it further. At that point, I called to ask why insurance wasn’t covering until later in the week and the lady answering the phone did not explain but just said tell him it will be ready in 15-20 minutes.
I don’t know if they were dismissing my son because he was a teenager. I really don’t know what happened but I’m glad they finally filled this much needed prescription. This caused my son unnecessary stress. No one apologized when he went back to pick the prescription up.

Pharmacy would not match Good RX price for Walgreens and staff is unnecessarily rude. Not sure why you work in a pharmacy if you’re going to act like simply interacting with customers is an inconvenience.I recommend going around the corner to Publix where the staff doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable and like you’re asking too much for trying to pick up a necessity like medication.

The people leaving bad reviews are so judgmental. It’s not Christ-like in any manner. One must critique without prejudice or being disputatious. Regardless, I love the staff, and the store. I just hate the location.

Went to this location to get my flu and COVID shots. Process was smooth and easy.The lady that administers them is hands down the best I’ve ever had! Didn’t feel a thing! It’s clear that she takes pride in being careful and making the process as painless as possible.
