The service was extremely poor. Only one counter was open, despite a large number of people waiting. I had to wait 35 minutes to be served.

During my visit to Walmart, I observed an unsettling situation involving a young woman at the customer service desk. She appeared to be Caucasian, with visible tattoos, and seemed to be under the influence of substances based on her demeanor. I noticed her walking around with my check in hand, which caused me concern as it seemed unprofessional and inappropriate.
When I raised my concerns, the store manager, a tall gentleman (approximately 7 feet tall), approached me. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue or taking accountability for his colleague’s actions, his response appeared dismissive. I couldn't help but feel that his lack of action and accountability may have been influenced by bias, as the individual in question was Caucasian.
Experience Summary:
This encounter left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the professionalism and inclusivity of Walmart's customer service. I believe these matters should be addressed to ensure fair treatment and a more professional environment for all customers.

The worst Walmart I have ever seen but by far, by mistake I forgot to take a car and after entering I couldn't get out, they didn't have any car inside and much less some baskets, it's a shame, but as if that weren't enough I came back and I took 3 shopping carts and all three had damaged rubber. On the other hand, there were no small baskets to make a mini purchase. It is a shame and a scam, before I had given it 2 stars, now I give it 1

This place is the total pits!! I’ve been living in the apartment complex across the street for 6 years. When I first moved I very happy thought It would the great the connivence of having a shopping store literally in walking distance. Wrong answer I found out quickly. Store often has 1 or 2 cashier during the busy hours. Very long lines, many of the cashiers are very unprofessional, wait in self checkout to find out it only take cards no cash etc. I decided to take my business to Publix a mile down Abercorn St. I might pay little more but it’s more than worth it . Cleaner store, professional staff, and no long wait half way down the isle.
