I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a department store but this is the worst walmart I’ve ever been to. Never more than 2 cashier lines available, sometimes none at all. This might lead you to believe there’s at least ample self checkout spots, also no. I’ve seen it on multiple occasions with only 3 self checkout lanes and a line of customers to the back of the store. Countless standing around every time I’ve ever come in. Really seems like it’s a no brainer that they should train more people on the register. Never been in any Walmart to have this issue this badly.

I'm not a frequent shopper here, but my first visit led me to visit couple more times. It was a serene, pleasant & over-the-top visit, especially since it's an hour away.

VERY RUDE LADY ON THE ELECTRONIC APARTMENT SHE HANG UP ON ME DID NOT HELP ME SHE BEEN WORKING IN THE ELECTRONIC APARTMENT AT WALMART FOR 3 YEARS SUPER RUDE DID NOT LET ME FINISH TALKING SHE SHOULD BE FIRED OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I WAS NICE ASKING FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS AVAILABLE AND SHE PROCEEDED TO NOT HELP PLZ LET THIS REACH TO STORE MANAGEMENT OR SOMEONE VERY RUDE AND DID NOT LET ME FINISH TALKING OGEECHEE RD WALMART SAVVANA G.A. ELECTRONIC APT VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I JUST CALL AT 9:56am. TODAY 3/15/2025. Plz someone help me get this person DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY RUDE. REACH TO THE STORE MANAGEMENT. THANK. AND. I HOPE SHE GETS WHAT A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON DESERVES.,

I wanted to order a cake for my baby gender reveal last week but the lady in the bakery was on her phone talking to someone so we finally went today to order it for tomorrow and the lady was giving me attitude and complaining how it’s last minute and she has lots of orders tomorrow I was very disappointed in the bakery service I did not feel comfortable with the way she spoke to me if you don’t want to work then don’t work period stay home and keep that negativity away period! Why are they using their phones during work anyways? Nobody was doing anything anyways so why can’t you make my cake? I used to work at a grocery store bakery and it doesn’t take long less than 30 mins. February 11,2025 i went again to order a heart cake for Valentine’s Day. The lady who took my order grabbed a paper and I wrote down what I wanted with name and date for February 14. I have my baby now so before I made the drive over that day i called to make sure it was ready at the time we agreed and nobody answered the phone for about an hour and a half so I waited and called again then someone finally answered and she said they canceled my order but yet I never got a text or call which they usually update you when it’s done. She said she would call back and update me. They never did so I ordered one from the other Walmart in Pooler and they made it in an hour. The service sucks at this Walmart and lines are extremely long 30-40 mins do better Walmart!

Only 1 cashier line open with a super long line wait, also a long line wait for self check out. All the buggies were crammed in the parking lot and hardly any were inside for use when you entered the store, and every disability cart was out of battery, parked in the correct place but left unplugged

Lane 1 Miss Alana thinks that great customer service comes from not acknowledging the customer while talking on her phone with EarPods on. I picked the wrong lane, none of the other ladies had EarPods on.

Everyone was on their phone. There was only one lady in customer service and she was doing absolutely amazing while her coworker couldn’t wait to switch so she could be on her phone.

Employees at checkout and electronics not helpful and unfriendly. We were made to go to a slower checkout by employee then another shopper jumped in front of us. It took along time to checkout. The person checking us out seemed to try to go slow. Crammed things in with the bread and chips.

While the section with the scrubs was quite disorganized, with sizes, brands, and styles scattered all over the place, the rest of the Walmart is a very large and spacious store, offering plenty of parking and an overall great shopping experience.
