I came in requesting to get my ring soldered but they were very upfront and explained how though my rings shouldn't be soldered due to the metals not collaborating together, they prevented me from going to another location and for in potentially breaking my ring. Additionally, I was also a little embarrassed at the price of one of my rings, considering it hadn't caught cost too much money for me, and I was hesitant to bring it in in such a high quality, high grade store, but Sybil made sure that I knew my budget was totally fine, I should never be ashamed about the price of my rings and be proud of them.
