The tellers here at this location are rude especially a lady name Cleo who was helping me today, she didn’t even thank me for coming in and was telling me not to do something I have been doing over a year I have been with this bank that I have never not been told to do. Then not so nicely gave me my ID back and my bag. I told her I will not be back to this location and she didn’t even apologize or try to get me to come back she just said okay. Will never be back to this location again. Customer service is big for me as I work in retail and they have zero customer service here. I do not recommend going to this branch on victory. Also very slow service.

Horrible service they don't have enough employees to even check out a couple pick in a timely fashion.. please don't go you will waste your whole day waiting to cash a check.

I visited the branch on Victory Drive on Saturday 4/27/24. When I walked in no one greeted me. I needed to speak with customer service regarding a business loan. There was one customer service person working so I sat down & waited (I waited at least 20-25 minutes). As it was getting close to the time for the bank to close, an employee came over and inquired as to what I needed & then proceeded to tell me that the person in customer service wouldn't be able to help me because they closed at noon and wanted to know if I could come back on Monday. I told her no that I could not come back. This was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. I do not bank with Wells Fargo and for that matter, even if they were the only bank around, I still wouldn't bank with them. They need to have a training or workshop on customer service for the employees.

Be very careful when making cash deposits at the drive-thru here!! There are tellers who are purposefully miscounting and skimming money from customers!

Terrible customer service. Went to exchange currency after calling the branch and confirming they could do it. Only to get there and have them tell me they couldn’t do it. Recommend banking somewhere else.

THIS BRANCH STOLE MONEY FROM ME! If I could give less than one star I would. We came in to deposit money via the drive thru, they claimed we were mistaken on the amount given- regardless of reading the correct amount back to us. We had to call the police because they refused to allow us to close our accounts after, refused to give us the regional person of contacts information and claimed there was no video recording of the teller counting the money, the teller threatened to kick us out and call the police himself. Do not trust this branch or any of its tellers. As soon as the police left the teller who dealt with us got in his car and left. WE ARE CURRENTLY SPEAKING WITH CORPORATE AND OUR LAWYERS. I am 9 months pregnant on top of this and this is stressing my baby out.

I walked in for an appointment to discuss options for improving my credit. Alex talked with me for a half an hour and was extremely helpful. He was good at explaining finances in a simplistic way but had a lot of useful information.

Wells fargo, in general, is one of the worst American institutions that exists to date. Seriously just type "wells fargo lawsuits" into google and you will start to experience the serious lack of morals and ethics this company has.The US government thinks they are "too big to fail" though, smh.
