Terrible. WF reduced two full locations down to one new location with one (sometimes 2) bank teller and no drive through. Every single time I walk in, 3 or 4 bankers say 'hi' to me and stand there and watch me wait in line for the one teller to be available. I cannot go to this location anymore as it is so time consuming, a very poor decision by WF.

I tried to get $30 from the ATM outside and it would only do $20 increments. So I got $40 and brought it inside and asked for 4 x $10 dollar bills. I was told that since I am not a Wells Fargo customer, they would not change the money for me. I was one of two people in the store, they were not busy. Talk about shoddy service. And BTW I took the $40 to a Food Lion and they changed it for me, no problem, no questions asked.

Poor customer service, 1 single slow and training and 2 people with laptop customer service in their hands and 1 hour in the line for cashier.

Jayda was very helpful trades in some quarter rolls with no problem at the drive thru after I was told I couldn’t do it at another location

5 STAR REVIEW | WILLIAM JACKSON ( BANKER ) @ WELLS FARGOI've been a WF client for decades in both personal and business needs.Over the last 10 years the turnover of staff has escalated. Fortunately for me William Jackson ( 66789 Stephens Ave Branch ) has remained a constant familiar and friendly face at this location. Never disappoints, always welcomes everyone with a SMILE and eager to assist. Professional, respectful, pleasant, and goes over and beyond his duties to attend to the clientele. This young man has great People Skills. Wells Fargo and management need to acknowledge and compensate this young man for his positive attributes which goes to complement and enhance this WF branch vs other locations which I avoid due to the staff being bland and cold to approach. William Jackson does quite the opposite, he makes sure to address and acknowledge everyone he comes across. His work ethics are phenomenal and his people skills are untouchable. He missed his lunch hour today just to accommodate my needs and schedule , even though I told him I can return tomorrow to complete my transactions. He humbly asked me to stay put and completely addressed all my issues and transactions. All the meanwhile answering the phone to communicate with his other clients and their needs. It's been a long time since I've come across someone with Williams ethics and attributes. The least I can do is express my gratitude and acknowledge William with this Review on Social Media and WF site.Thank you William !Noel Daoud

Jada is AWESOME. Beza is wonderful as well. They make the bank feel like home. The whole staff is nice as a whole tbh.

Very convenient location on Abercorn St. I always use the ATM drive thru outside, today was the first day I've been and it was out of service but they had one in the front I used.

Teriable bank and people who is working there ! Make sure to find batter bank who actually cares about you and your money !

Would give it no stars but that's not an option. Slow service. Banker talks to customers forever like 45 mins and doesn't take the hint when they are ready to go. It wouldn't take so long if they would do job and move on to next customer. Poor customer service instead of employees leaving early how bout stay and do your job.
