Here iam again, waiting in line at Wells Fargo Bank. One teller, one guy sitting at desk doing nothing. Then he goes into the dark hole(back room). What is the damn problem? Why can't this Bank do what is needed to provide better customer service. Time to start looking at other options.

Came in not realizing I had to schedule an appointment to open an account and the teller Ramie was such an amazing help and so was Jack who set up the account for my daughter's first checking. Super happy with my visit which was very fast and pleasant. Both were extremely nice and helpful and deserve a raise!!! Or at least some sort of recognition. Thank you so much Jack and Ramie! (Sorry if I misspelled name)

scheduled an appointment with the 1800 number. the rep was great. showed up apparently they do not communicate with the local branch. the branch made it work and still took me. dealt with dawn. She was professional and and maintained the highest level of customer service. Times re crazy these days but the staff made me feel valued. Would recommend this location and ask for Dawn.

Extremely frustrating service. Impossible for my Mother to deposit a check into my account on my behalf. Wells Fargo is not customer service-friendly to their customers located overseas. Their services are not well-adapted to this sort of customer. Their system will not even text an account verification code to an international phone number. After being a customer for 20 years, they have not given me a reason to maintain my account with them.
