Why do we need an appointment when you have no other customers in the building. I walked in at around 10 am and asked to open a new account. The reply was do you have an appointment. I responded no, I’m a walk-in. The reply was can you come back at two we have appointments scheduled all day. With no customers in the bank. Why can you not help walk-in customers?

Depending on when you go you leave happy or extremely annoyed. Short staffing often makes tellers grumpy and hating their job. They take it out on the customer. Other days they are friendly and smiling. I give 2 stars for those days. Work on improving employee relations for a better experience please

BAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPEN A CHECK ACCOUNT, WITH THE INDIAN LADY, DON'T REMEMBER HER NAME SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME A CARD!SHE WAS SO RUDE, SHE WAS IN A RUSH, AND GOT UPSET, WHEN I DIDN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD, TO MY ACCOUNT!!TOLD ME TO HURRY, UP WITH MY TYPING ON MY PHONEAND I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE, With her Service, I don't want to do Business with her anymore!! Horrible customer service. Right away when we walked in, we got into a huge line where there were only two people at the desk. There were several people who could have been helping, but were just standing there saying "thank you for your patience." Since we are out of state, she claimed our out of state id did not work since it was a temporary one. The whole time she was complaining that it would not work, then it was able to go through. She was extremely rude and obviously did not want to be at work or help us. At the end she said we should check with our state to make sure we had the right license, which is extremely d*** because we got it while in our own state (which she still doubted we were from, as if we were lying.)

I have a safe deposit box with them , I went in few days back ,to get something out of my box , all I need is just to sign in and get it . I sat there for like few minutes, people back there are not even busy ,but no one come to help ,same thing last time when I tried to open my box . About a year ago ,people there are much faster and friendly , ever the clerk behind the cash register can help get to my box with 3 mins after I walk in even I forgot my box number ,every time . Idk what's going on , but surely management have changed,and it sucks .

This is the best Wells Fargo branch that I have been to the service is excellent Mr. Chase Johnson (no relation to me) was great help and has the best customer service skills I have seen in a while. Other branches would do well to have more employees like him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and accurate with everything that he had to show us last week.
