Don't go into any Wells Fargo bank with an expectation of opening an account. They are still living on Covid guidelines that requires an appointment to get service. Utterly disgusted at Wells Fargo.

The customer service is usually good if we can get inside. My mother uses a wheelchair and we have difficulty getting in.
The parking has a sharp drop that makes it hard to hold on to the wheelchair. The ramp is shared with ATM so we either have to wait for the person on ATM to finish or walk behind them and hope they don't think we are trying to steal their bank info. Once we finally get to the door we struggle to get in because we have to somehow pull the door and hold it open while simultaneously push the wheelchair.
I don't think this branch should be listed as accessible

Wells Fargo has become the laziest parasites of all banks.. i remember when you walked in a bank was greeted with a smile and asked if you needed help with something that day... Now they tell you to apply online to open an account... Fail

I need not say more.After 16 Yeats of letting them control income, I get a fictitious letter and issues.They cleated my check on Colinial with no problem and yet Wells Fargo questions my boss signature 😀 😉 😎 👍
He contacted his bank and cleared.
Tried to speak to WF and they don't GAF.
That's why he took a multi million dollars account and transferred to Colony.

This bank is worthless. I sat in the drive thru for over 25 mins with one car ahead. I hit the call button to ask what the problem was and the bank teller told me that they were switching out for lunch. I believe the last time I asked, they said they were helping the front. Im so glad they are switching out for lunch because I just wasted mine waiting in line.

Brandi ( probably not spelling her name right) is awesome!! I tried to call Wells Fargo corporate to give her a high compliment for going above and beyond and showing me empathy for my situation but all corporate did was transfer me to the branch and get off the line lol. Not sure what is going on with corporate Wells Fargo anymore but they are so lucky to have an employee like Brandi at one of the locations. My problem couldn’t be resolved per corporate protocols but Brandi is exceptional! Thank you Brandi!

This bank is a total waste of time.
The assistant Manager Mellissa did not handle herself professionally and lied to me about having her customers initials on file.
I will not be going here again and I suggest that you stay away from them if you don't want to be disrespected and lied to.

I and my family have several accounts with Well Fargo. I have recently opened another account with another bank. This branch is far worse than most others. You wait for long times to get anything done. I went to get in my safety deposit box a couple of weeks ago and waited for 30 minutes. Went I went back this week they advised that the LOCK for Vault is broken and has been for a few days and they are working on it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will be moving all of my accounts and will have most family members do the same. Apparently this Bank and or Branck maybe closing its doors soon.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever!! We stayed because of our business but after three years, I’m switching banks.I’m sick as all get out and sent my daughter with my id, debit card and $8k to deposit. The bank tells her she’s not me and they can’t help her. Use the atm. So they would rather someone stand at the atm with $8k in cash and get robbed (cause that’s what the world is now) then let her make the deposit.I understand if she was trying to change things on the account or withdrawal money BUT A DEPOSIT!!!Our credit union and the Heritage bank does it for us all the time. I don’t understand the issue! It was a cash deposit!!
