I and my family have several accounts with Well Fargo. I have recently opened another account with another bank. This branch is far worse than most others. You wait for long times to get anything done. I went to get in my safety deposit box a couple of weeks ago and waited for 30 minutes. Went I went back this week they advised that the LOCK for Vault is broken and has been for a few days and they are working on it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will be moving all of my accounts and will have most family members do the same. Apparently this Bank and or Branck maybe closing its doors soon.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever!! We stayed because of our business but after three years, I’m switching banks.I’m sick as all get out and sent my daughter with my id, debit card and $8k to deposit. The bank tells her she’s not me and they can’t help her. Use the atm. So they would rather someone stand at the atm with $8k in cash and get robbed (cause that’s what the world is now) then let her make the deposit.I understand if she was trying to change things on the account or withdrawal money BUT A DEPOSIT!!!Our credit union and the Heritage bank does it for us all the time. I don’t understand the issue! It was a cash deposit!!

Customer service doesn't exist here. If you need to do more than make some miniscule deposit or withdrawal, you are out of luck. Out of the 5 offices, 4 are empty. The one office that does have human activity has one guy with his head down and door closed refusing to help anyone. Unfortunately, this is the case at all WF branches across Savannah; the employees are S.L.O.W.To give some content, it is around 2:00pm, and I have been here 25 minutes sitting in the empty lobby with two other poor souls, just breathing. Not a single person has acknowledged that we are even here, let alone offered to help. Besides the two tellers, apparently there is no one here; of course, besides the guy who doesn't interact with lowly customers.If I could give a score of zero, I would.By the way, I am now leaving without being acknowledged. That's 30 minutes of my life I will never get back.

Terrible customer service! If I could I would give zero star. I sat there for 20 minutes before the ‘banker’ came over to ask me if I had an appointment to open an account and turned me away. I have multiple accounts here and yo be treated this way is unacceptable. I will be moving my business from here. So disappointed!

I just talked to someone on the phone, I wasn’t able to get her name but it was like talking to somebody out of a dream. She was the nicest lady I believe I’ve ever talked to in customer service and she was absolutely made my day. If I could talk to a manger and get her name I’d love to, she deserves the world.

Always slow service at the drive through. You can wait 20 minutes. They need more employees working drive up since the lobby isn’t open. Come on you can do better.
