Terrible customer service. The branch manager assured me he would call me back regarding an issue but he never did. This Wells Fargo branch treats its customers poorly and has no interest in taking care of their customers. Would recommend choosing another bank on Skidaway Island. 👎

DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO. My accounts were hacked and I lost over $2,000 and Wells Fargo has done ABSOLUTELY nothing to help. I have put in multiple claims with Wells Fargo. From what I’m hearing from other people, if you are hacked, Wells Fargo kind of “picks and chooses” who will can get their money refunded and who doesn’t because Wells Fargo cannot issue a refund to everyone. Wells Fargo is consistently being hacked lately. Do NOT get fooled by the reviews from years ago. Wells Fargo has faulty security and add a TON of additional charges you will not be aware of. Theres are DOZENS of banks to use. Do not make the same mistake I did and open and account with them

The teller staff at this branch is top notch. They are kind and quick. Overall have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They also have a drive through and ATM.
