I ordered about $15,000 worth of furniture one of them being a kitchen table and chairs in Kansas City and Savannah was supposed to deliver them well guess what the day of the delivery I waited and waited. They came went out to the truck to get the furniture and guess what they didn’t have any furniture so I asked if they could deliver it like the next day since I am having Thanksgiving and they said no probably not.I will be closing out my Pottery Barn credit card

I was so excited to walk into this store. It’s a beautiful store in a beautiful area. We walked in and not one person said hello to us. My husband and I walked the entire store, and again not once did anyone say hello and there were multiple workers there. We planned on purchasing a few items for our home, but after receiving zero customer service we opted on just leaving. Very disappointing! The store itself though is beautiful and we’re big fans of downtown Savannah.

Words of advice, don’t profile your customers…if a customer is talking to you and asking a question, why ignore them and walk away mid conversation? I can guess that it is because the person who walked in “looked like” they had more money…I literally walked out and made my bedroom set purchase online as a result.

Ordered a couch in October with a delivery date no later than mid November. Then December 1. Then end of December. Then January. It is now January and we finally had a delivery scheduled for the 3rd which we took off work for but got a call saying a piece is lost?????? And the delivery was canceled. Rescheduled to today. Showed up, WRONG COUCH. WRONG COLOR. WRONG FABRIC. I am EXTREMELY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED. They told us customer service would call us in 10 minutes. They never called. I had to message them, cancel the order. We had no couch for the holidays. Will never order from this company ever again.

Ordered over 10k worth of furniture the middle of September. We were supposed to have most of it in December. I have been charged for it, but no one will even return a phone call to tell me where it is. I called two weeks ago and spoke to our sales person and she was going to get back to me by the end of the day. She never did. And, come to find out, she ordered a wrong item. Called midweek, never called back. Called last weekend spoke to someone else. She said they would get back to me by the end of the day. No word, and it has been another week. I could understand if things were running late, but they have OUR MONEY and won't even return a phone call to let me know where it is.

We all understand supply chain is tough now, ordered a bed and waited or 4+ momths, its close to 6 months now. Our card has been charged and delivery has been cancelled 3 times. As a customer the serivce received and feed back given for the delay has been misisng head board and foot board during the first, side rails missing in the next 2 deliverys. Why would you schedule a delivery with out having all parts of the bed/furniture? If things are backordered please reflect that on your website, its very misleading to keep selling priduct that you are unable to fullfil.Dont hold customers money when you cant deliver the product.

Typical but very sparse Pottery Barn store. they are in a repurposed Dept of Labor building. Not a lot of parking but there is some free at the rear of the building. The entrance is also at the back door. Good location for SCAD students, but not real easy to get to and not a lot of parking. Apologies to repeat, but two big challenges.

Love my new faux fur throw…and my dog does, too! Glad it was on sale! ??I also love my new duvet cover and shams…I found them online but went to the store for advice. They ordered them for me and shipped to my home for free! Friendly staff that will look at your fabric, paint chips and iPhone photos and patiently help you decide what direction to go in. Thank you for your advice and assistance! ♥️

Kelli, the manager, is a ROCK STAR!! She went above and beyond today relating to a customer service issue. She was attentive, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She saved me the time, energy and aggravation by dealing with the situation herself! Corona was also great! Highly recommend this store not only for the wonderful Pottery Barn goods, but even more so for the AMAZING staff!!!
