Little messy inside but brought an old Moto Z2 Play in to finalize my failed battery self install. Done when promised, phone looked as good as new and works fine. I'm happy.

Garbage screen quality do not come here the screen is more different then a regular apple screen they use low quality screens the whole screen shattered and has black lines throughout it after a tiny drop with a screen protector.

I needed a battery replacement for my Huawei p10, the engineer fixed it in a few days (he had to order the battery) and it was reasonable priced, very good, thank you

Went in for an estimate the staff was extremely rude, use profanity amongst each other and totally ignored my wife and I standing in store. James then told me if I didn't like it I can go to south county this is orange we don't have customer service you want your shxx fixed or not.

Their front desk was very rude and very unprofessional. I went in to ask for a quote on my phone ( S21 ultra), and all I got in return was pure attitude and sas. I went in after work because i dropped my phone, and it completely shattered. When I went in, I felt like I was being profiled do to what I was wearing. Their customer service was just awful. I do not recommend this company.

Called to see if they can help me with fixing my phone screen and the person who picked up was very rude. The next day, I went to the store to take my device to get fixed and then the person who helped me had an attitude and was rude to other customers. It was an awkward situation. Wouldn't recommend going back for assistance in the future.

I came here last week to fix my laptop for work had the worst experience ever the guys was really rude and he didn't end up fixing my laptop well so I had to take it somewhere that's better and with high experience I wasted a lot of money with xFixit everyone if your looking for someone better go to Gadget Repair Guys I highly recommend it

Man I spoke with on the phone was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. Told us to pick up phone 5 minutes later he tells us to come back because he's on break.

Cheap screens. Be careful you get what you pay for here. Read the negative reviews on here and Yelp. And their pathetic responses. Very petty tried to leave a bad review on my business page. Just face it. You sell cheap aftermarket screens. That go bad and then you make excuses how it’s our fault. Bad business.

I have been a loyal customer of this repair shop for all my electronic service needs over the past two years, especially for iPhone and MacBook repairs. The owner has consistently been helpful and accommodating, and their pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location for any electronic services they may require.
