After waiting 40 minutes for assistance, which I understand is due to the holiday season, I was turned away and told I needed to either get my ring resized or make a return through customer service. The woman behind the counter said they couldn’t help with either option. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I could do any online return at the store even though she proceeded to tell me I could not. It felt like they didn’t want to assist because they wouldn’t be making a sale from me and instead preferred helping customers who were making purchases

Manger was rude by hang up the phone when you ask who is the CEO and have issues with their rings not put together right, then when put the ring in shop to fix it then they tell a employee that they going to ship the ring on a certain date then when it not in they come up with an excuse. Going to tell my family and friends not to shop at zales and my friends will do the same thing.
