During my last couple of visits to the Whitemarsh location, Evan was extremely helpful. He had suggested downloading the app which I did but found that it’s not exactly user friendly. On the next visit, Evan guided me through using the app. He is a great asset to Zip.

This is without a doubt, one of the best Zips locations I've ever been to. The staff is super helpful, the supplies are always ample and plenty and the equipment has all been functional every time I have been there.
