The customer Service here was best I’ve seen in some time. I had a Christmas list and no idea where to start. The Store manager was exceptionally helpful. If you want to support and reward outstanding service, I recommend you start here.?10/10

The store manager is one of most rude and arrogant people I think I’ve ever met in my life, and everyone of my friends has come to this same conclusion. Their store is filthy dust dirt and grime everywhere. Their employees seem to always just be hanging around not assisting anyone and the multiple occasions I’ve gone in there nobody has seemed to know what their job actually is. This is easily the worst managed and kept store I’ve been too and I’ve been to a ridiculous amount of zumiez in my life.

I would of loved to purchase some roller skate and wheels in this store today. When I walked in I wasn’t sure who was working? It was a guy and a girl talking ( no one else in the store)Once they were done the gentleman behind the counter, went to put something up on a shelf; walking right by me and my husband, like we were not there. We walked towards the counter, thinking we would get help from there, but he had his head down in his phone , like we did not exist.Not some where I would recommend…

The store is a little pricey but the service is great! Zee and Jason were super helpful and great. Will be coming back when I have money :)
