I was initially frustrated with my insurance process, as I learned the hard way that there are not a large number of collision repair shops that are certified to work on electric vehicles. USAA finally found AutoGlo and I was initially hesitant as I had run into rejection after rejection with trying to get my car repaired. Jared was my service advisor throughout my repair and reassured me that they were able and qualified and were even currently working on EVs when I dropped my car off. Jared and the rest of the team were very communicative for the duration of the repair and were very responsive and always patient with my questions. My car looks as good as new and I’m so grateful that they took such good care of my car. I cannot recommend AutoGlo and their service enough!”

“Wow, can't even describe how awesome Trevor is and the work they do. I had a small fender bender that needed a fair amount of work (hood, quarter panels, lights, bumper, grills, paint, etc.) ... the car looks absolutely brand new. He had a quote to me within a day, repaired it in less than a week. Superb and prompt communication, stellar work (as you can see in the pic), just a great company and there's no way you'll be less than amazed. If you want your car to look "just okay" ... go somewhere else. If you want your car to look brand new, go to T&C.”

I concur Mr Robinson is the best mechanic in Stone mountain.”
“Vincent had repaired two vehicles for me. The whole team was super friendly and easy to work with, which made the process stress-free.
What really impressed me was how accommodating they were — I was out of town for part of the time, and they stored my vehicle for me until I could come pick it up. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

“I've been using Avondale Independent for my cars since around 1990. They are family owned. I have 100% confidence that my car will be repaired with OEM parts and will be fixed right. They are Honda specialists, but they work on all makes and models. We take our Ford Ranger to them in addition to my Civic SI. They do good work. However, the level of communication can be pretty low at times. You may have to call many times to get through.”

“A&S is incredible! After a small crash, I spent all day calling around town but couldn’t get in touch with anyone—except A&S. They got back to me right away, were completely honest about the repair options, and had me bring my car in immediately. After assessing the damage, they gave me the choice of having their bodywork guy fix it or replacing the part entirely. I asked if they could fix it to save me the cost of a new part, but told them I’d be willing to pay if it was necessary. They estimated one to two weeks for the repair, but in just 5 days, I picked up my car. They did an amazing job on my bumper without needing to replace the part. You can’t even tell it was damaged! I will definitely be coming back here. Honest, skilled people—thank you!”
