I like that cubesmart storage has security cameras, also how Andrew make sure he let me know that when I go in my storage unit he make his rounds to let me know that he still in the building and watching to make sure I feel comfortable and safe and the building is always clean .

Front store personnel lock up location before listed closing time. Increases rent monthly after trial period so I have gone from $137 a monthly to $220 within 2 years. To spend this much and have poor customer service plus make it hard to pay when late is atrocious. You all are disgusting human beings with terrible customer service
They will threaten you via email when you are late or point out their laziness to corporate. Customer service will argue with you about posted hours and availability of personnel on site
This is one of the most ratchet, torn up, poorly maintained cubesmart locations in Decatur. I’m looking forward to moving.

I had a storage unit with your team while I was living in Decatur, GA, which was a godsend as I moved between apartments. The elevator, helpful front desk, and ease of use made it so great for me to have as a first-time storage unit haver.

I've been coming this location off and on for I don't know how long. But Andrew is a kind, generous, and a helpful person. He's always got a smile on his face. And he's Pleasant to deal with. Don't let him leave, he's one of a kind.

The Manager Peaches was the Best She Ws Very Patient and Helpful with all our Move in and Out Needs We Hated to go but our time was up in our Area But if we Ever Decided to Get another Storage Unit We definitely would be Renting/Going Back to Cubesmart in Clarkston/Scottdale ??

I would give negative stars if that were possible.
1) The space is NOT climate controlled. I think CubeSmart's marketing is very deceptive in this regard. I believed it was climate controlled when I rented the unit, but all of my stuff is covered in mold, and most of it is ruined.
2) The pricing is predatory. Rents are raised every six months, and my rent has tripled over five years. I rented a 10' x 10' unit for about $85 a month five years ago, and my rent is now $256. But the same facility in Scottdale is currently advertising a 10' x 10' climate controlled unit for $56.50 a month. They rent to customers at a low price and raise the rent until it's unaffordable; then, they sell your stuff if you can't pay. In response to one of the 1-star reviews, there's a note from the owner that says in part, "From time to time, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service iand a clean facility." The rent doesn't go up "from time to time." It goes up significantly every six months. And it's definitely not a top-notch facility. If you read the 1-star reviews, there are a number of people whose possessions have been ruined by mold.
Unless you're storing things for a short period over the cooler months, I would definitely recommend NOT doing business at this location.
The "owner" responded to me almost immediately on a Saturday night. I'm pretty sure the "owner" is a bot that automatically posts responses written to sound as if the corporation cares about customers. It doesn't.

Checking In She Was Very Nice ( Don't Remember Her Name ) . But I Didn't Know This is A Month - To - Month , Because When I Reserve A Unit - I Was Ask How Long I Would Need It For ( So I Don't Understand ) . But So Far , So Good - But Because It's Month - To - Month , I Hope It's Not Going Up Anytime Soon .. Because That Wouldn't Be Right .

Ugh. At my wits end with this place. There seems to NEVER be anyone in the office during office hours and all our stuff has mold on it! LOVE paying $120/ month for the most mid service. :/ BEGGING for the front office to call me back.
If you're looking for a storage unit, just don't bother with CubeSmart. It's so not worth the money.

Andrew provided EXCELLENT customer service! The facility far exceeded my expectaions for cleanliness, security, price and quality. I recommend the N.Decatur Rd. CubeSmart to anyone looking for storage. It was nice to experience good old-fashioned, professional human interaction.
