Visited my unit yesterday and noticed mold on several items. Went to front desk no one was there I called 800 nimbler to report it and then someone called me back to come file a report and I told them there was no one there when I just had left the building. From reviews here it appears there was. A water leak which may have caused mold to grow in unit.

The best part of this particular CubeSmart in Scottdale, GA is the employee Andrew.I am continually disappointed at how this space is marketed as “climate controlled” when my unit always feels warm and humid in the hot months. My items have mold on them every time I come in to get things I need from my space.

It's very clean and safe except they go up on the price every 6 months and force you to carry insurance although they have cameras everywhere

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! DURING MY STAY - there has been a robbery in the units, there has been a massive waterleak and they didnt notify us, and the front doors are always open so there is horrible security.

The facility is always clean and the manager is professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that the air seemed to be off as I was putting my items inside. It was a very hot day.

Very easy set up! Very detailed and organized. Love the contactless set up….the welcome package was an extra bonus. Everything was clean and well put together. Happy I made this decision. Great location!

Andrew is awesome, he did a great job with helping me find the right storage unit for my mom. We were going to look at other facilities but I think this location is perfect for what we need.

Not a good company. They doors are broken, dollie’s don’t work homeless sleep inside. The payment app doesn’t work. I’ll end here so you don’t have to read the rest.

This place and company is terrible. Auto-pay consistently doesn't work. Exterior doors to the building have been broken for the majority of the last 2 years, so anyone can get in without a code at any time. Unsurprisingly, the dollies are always missing. In a recent visit, garbage piled up outside which blocked the door.

While I just started using the storage here recently - and there certainly are issues like the public (non-office) doors not being lockable and there no longer being a free move-in truck with your order even thought it's still offered (I was told a customer wrecked it, so fair enough): I did want to give a glowing recommendation to Malcolm who was the representative who helped me get everything set up. I had movers who were on the clock and he helpfully prioritized them first (setting them up + showing us all my unit) so they could get started while we went through paperwork at our own pace afterward. He was also very considerate of my needs and situation and gave wonderful recommendations for me to get the best option and price outside of just selling me things because it's his job. I honestly appreciated his integrity and considerate demeanor and the experience was great because of him. Thanks again, Malcolm!

Demarcus, the manager is absolutely fantastic. He always handles me with care. I'll admit I have gotten behind on my storage payments at times and everytime I can feel his genuine kindness when working threw these situation. It also is always so clean. For that reason access to donations bin and/or trash cans would be awesome but I understand.However, thank you.

I am highly disappointed in the customer service received at this location. I understand the staffing across all industries is difficult; however, transparency is critical. I spent way too many hours waiting in front of the store for managers who were on the way to help me with issues. There were two occasions when staff locked my unit, and I couldn't access my belongings even while enrolled in the auto draft.

Facility seemed fine at first, but went downhill very quickly. Not sure what happened - if it's financial or staffing. But, no valid excuse for Cubesmart's failure to repair the front door after months and months of it being broken.Fix the front door of the facility to make it secure. The door was broken from July until I moved out last week, with the exception of maybe a couple of weeks. Everytime I asked when it would be fixed, they said, "tomorrow." LOL. Anyone can access the building 24/7, making it unsafe for customers and their belongings. Have staff working at the front desk to increase security and give customers access to the restroom, since a key is needed from the staff to access the restroom 24/7. The office was rarely staffed. Install a key pad on the restroom so it can be used when no one is working. Don't raise the prices by 25% just 3 months after people move in; this is a predatory practice. When changes are made to the hours of operation, notify customers. Train customer service representatives at the call center to not to be rude and condescending. Fix the existing two carts; they are in serious disrepair. Provide additional carts, as two is not enough for this facility.

I had a unit at the North Decatur road location and the manager Doug was always very helpful, kind and responsive with all of my needs in the 3 years that I rented.. Give that man a raise, he is over worked and deserves appreciation.I also appreciated the company having a truck that clients could use during the move in process. Aside from rate increases every 6 months ?, I can't take anything from your company.Regards,
