Some of the staff there can have bad attitudes but going there during the evening and night like around 7pm-8pm the staff there are nice.

So why are there people including myself pulling up at 8:55 in the doors are closed Dollar General in Georgia sucks I used to be a manager for Dollar General back in Florida and let me tell you. This is sad The fact that I already know you get paid past closing time why are you closing the doors before the actual closing time? I don't care if I pull up at 8:58 and close at nine that door needs to be open you don't have the last minute run to the store and probably need something to go with their medication. They probably have a fever and the only store closest Dollar General or the only store they can Afford I will be contacting corporate. This is not the first time and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last time until someone actually does something about it.

I always have a disappointing experience at this Dollar General. The two tall Africa's Americans female employees, who I fell are unfriendly, rude, and seem constantly mad makes my visit unpleasant. Their attitude feels dismissive, and it seemed like customer service is not a priority for them. I always leave feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope corporate can address this issue to improve the shopping experience for everyone.

I shop at this location at least 3 to 4 times a week. I’m a loyal customer and have been for the past four years. Tonight I probably have the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. I showed up to the store at 8:30. To the door is locked. The store associates looking at me and my face and tell me that the store is closed. When I went online, the store said it closes at nine. And they said they could not help me. I began to try and have a conversation with them but they don’t insults me and tell me to leave. I’m very disappointed. I’ve never been treated like this in my LIFE!
There was an associate with dreads, light, skinned and tattoos, and another one with a mask. I have seen them before and have never been treated like this. Just terrible. Very disappointed

The middle-to-older aged lady who works in this location needs to check her attitude and keep your thoughts to yourself. While you were checking me out, I would've preferred not to have to stand there and listen to you telling your coworker how much you hate these customers and need to be at home. And instead of saying "Let me see your ID" in the same tone as an ornery old grandma, try practicing in the mirror saying "May I see your ID?" in the same tone as a decent human to another human. Practice makes perfect.I obviously don't expect much in the way of professionalism from a DG employee. If I worked there, I would absolutely hate my life as well. But y'all need to keep that stuff to yourselves and not make customers feel like they are the worst people on the planet for causing you to have to take 5 minutes out of your precious day to check us out.

This Dollar General needs to replace the woman who works during the dayshift. She opens the store and always has a nasty attitude towards the customers. She complains about customers coming to the store at 8:00am even though the store opens at 8:00am. People are going to the store after they have dropped their kids off at school and you have people who stop by the store on the way to work. Sometimes she is late opening up the store for business. She needs to be on the swing shift or evening shift.

Thank you to the manager and young lady working yesterday who helped me out when I was locked out of my car. They were very respectful, kind and let me wait inside until the locksmith came. They need to hire more people like everywhere, amazing people.
