I like this store because it’s convenient for me. I return Amazon packages here all the time with zero issues and they ship out same day delivery to an Amazon fulfillment center. I drop regular packages here all the time too and they get shipped out from the store same day. Every UPS store charges $3 and some change to print out something when you email it to their email address. I’ve went to 3 different ones, and they all charge under $4, which isn’t an issue cause that’s pretty cheap. I gave 4 stars cause some days the black lady with the glasses do have an attitude. But other than that, I like this place.

Staff seemed friendly enough, but this is the only UPS Store location I’ve ever seen charge to print a shipping label for a prepaid return.The charge was over $3, and rung up as “computer use” (though it took all of 5 seconds to print).Nowhere was this charge listed anywhere visibly in the store either, so I’d recommend visiting another location if you have a prepaid return and need to use their printer.

Mulinda, my CSR , was very friendly and knowledgeable her demeanor was very calming.Thank you Mulinda ?I was so stressed that my package should’ve gone to the USPS but… well Mulinda assured me it was ok and she was so pleasant and calm i couldn’t help but feel the same I left that store in a much better mood.

Counterperson was friendly, but we made an appointment online for a notary at 9am, and were told upon arrival that the location didn't have a notary until 11am. It would certainly be nice if that information was on their Google pages or the door so customers didn't waste their time waiting around for nothing even though we had an appointment.
