“Hands down the best smoke shop in Atlanta. Huge selection with very friendly and knowledgeable employees. The owners are extremely caring and go the extra mile every time for customers. If I could give a rating of 6 stars I would because 5 stars is just not enough. Highly recommend!!!”
“This is my neighborhood cigar shop. One of the best rooms in Decatur. People are friendly, conversation always flowing. Great place to gather and watch a game. Bring your musical knowledge as the conversation often bends that way. Rukia has fostered more than just a good cigar selection. She’s built a great social experience too. If Dave is minding the store then tell him Russell sent you!”

“I mean this is the absolute BEST VAPE STORE we’ve ever been too! We literally drive from the middle of Decatur all the way here, like pass so many other vape stores just to come here because of their customer service! They literally treat you like family! I LOVE THEEEEEMMMMM!!!!!”
“Stopped by ATL Exotics in Atlanta and everything was great! The store was clean, organized, and had a good selection of drinks and snacks. I grabbed a Canada Dry Vanilla Cream & Pineapple and noticed they had even more varieties available. They also had plenty of candy and quick snacks like KitKats, Twix, Pringles, and Milky Way bars.
Customer service was friendly and quick, and the whole experience was smooth. If you’re in the area and need an exotic drink or snack, it’s definitely a good spot to stop by. Everything was great!”
“One of the best smoke shops I’ve been to! The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Natasha was welcoming, professional, and really knew her stuff. The store was clean, organized, and had a great variety. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Cory was Very polite and Helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Rex location and will definitely be doing business there again.”
“Let me just start by saying, I just moved to the area and since day one of entering this establishment it has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The people who run the establishment make sure every purchase you make you will love. They are honest about every product in the store so that you are not making any unnecessary purchases. The rewards program to ensure customer retention is top-tier. I could be surrounded by 100 other smoke shops and I will always choose lil-burn. If he doesn’t have what you need in stock he will GET IT in stock. They care about their customers and lil-burn will always have a “lil family” in me. Guaranteed!”

“Not an Xhale City, but actually a Bloom Shop. Off to Cheshire bridge
Edit: I went to the Cheshire location and it was great. Was able to chat with the area manager (I assume because he was very knowledgeable about the other Atlanta locations and supply chain). This Bloom shop has been acquired by Xhale City and has the same specials ?”
“This is the best vape shop in town. Couldn't ask for better service. They are super friendly and knowledgeable here. I would give this place 10 stars if I could”

“Absolutely exceptional experience as soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed warmly. The staff was very personable and very helpful in assisting me to find the right product. I will most certainly be returning to this location again!Ten Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I had an amazing time at one of their recent events where the owner truly rolled out the red carpet with dinner, a featured cigar brand, and giveaways. This is just one of the many great experiences I’ve enjoyed there.
Churchill Fine Cigars is known for its incredible cigar selection and outstanding events. Owner Shafi Hai has been in the cigar industry for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the cigar community. They carry a large variety of premium cigars, and some of my personal favorites are the Davidoff Winston Churchill The Late Hour, the Plasencia Alma Fuerte Black, and other selections from Plasencia.
If you’re looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a premium smoke, this is definitely the place to be.

“Dee has some of the best customer service I have ever seen!!!. She took her time to offer multiple suggestions without it feeling like she was trying to up-sale me.
