This place has had this sign up since atleast, 12/26/2024. That’s the last time I went. Today, I had a package to drop off and this sign is STILL UP TODAY 1/21/2025! At this point, say you are closed until further notice so people don’t waste their time. They also have the doors locked so you can’t even enter to get boxes.

I have to brag on this wonderful woman who works SOLO at this branch! About a month ago I put all my daughter's high school graduation announcements in the mailbox at this location. The woman who works there had taped it up to tell people not to put mail in there but I did not see the tape. Weeks later I wondered if my cards were ever mailed so I went back. She told me they had removed that box, that mail was not supposed to go in there. I thought she would just drop it there, as so many government workers do, but no. Ms. Whitney picked up her own cell phone, made some calls, got my number, and told me she would call me back when she found our announcements. An hour later, she FaceTimed me to ask if the letters she was holding were ours. Yes! They were! The person who removed the box had them in a bag sitting in a room and no one knew about them. Whitney found them and mailed them for me. She went the extra mile! So while I'm annoyed with USPS right now, and that worker in particular, Ms. Whitney who must be overwhelmed with all the work in that branch ran the extra mile for me and now my daughter's announcements have been delivered. Thank you Ms. Whitney!!!!

Small out of the way post office in Scottdale, GA. They are closed for lunch from 12-1pm. There's extra parking in the back. They have plenty of stamps.

Shoutout to the very nice lady that’s always here in this past year that I’ve been frequenting this post office. She has a great attitude and is proactive in making sure I’m using the most price-efficient shipping method. Not every USPS location has helpful staff (ahem, Buckhead) so I find it’s worth highlighting locations where there are.
I’ve shipped from pricey stuff from here too and never have an issue with it getting to its destination in one piece.

Worst experience ever!!! Mailed a package USPS from this location which never made it to the destination, and was eventually returned after over a month. The package had been opened and resealed by the time I received it back. I will NEVER use this location again.

attendant working on 9/14 was very rude to an older customer that had been waiting for 5+ minutes. she was mad that the customer rang they bell and banged on the glass with the sign showing “restroom” and berated him saying he should of just waited and not rang the bell. i walked out bc you don’t need to be rude to older customersalso there’s a massive hole in the ceiling leaking water into 3 trash cans
