They have had my pickup for 7 months. I have yet to get an estimate for the repairs. And out of the blue I get a call asking for $5000 deposit, when I explained that I had an estimate from another repair shop for $3200 I was told they would call me back. Never heard back! And now I can NOT get anyone to return a phone call to me so that I can find out why my vehicle is still not fixed! Horrible Customer Service!!!!!

These guys will butcher your ride. Your paint job will be falling off in two weeks. They'll use cheap after market parts and slap them on without adjusting them properly. The owner will claim to stand by their work but they'll just keep giving you bad repairs and kill you with kindness. If you just need your farm truck put back together and serviceable its passable but if you have a quality vehicle beware.

They are very nice and very very good at the job and they do excellent work the staff will keep you informed of your vehicle and work with any insurance company I would give them a 12 out of 10 stares they thrive to make your body work go easy for you and I really really recommend them to everyone who needs collision repair work

These guys are fantastic!! I hit a huge Rottweiler on Hwy 203 this morning. Bad hit too dog died and my car is leaking fluids on my way to a job. They came picked up my car and took it to their shop. They had me going in under 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough. It was already a heart wrenching situation after knowing these two kids were devastated their dog was dead these guys helped ...i had a shoulder to cry on ( very emotional never hit a living creature in my life ok) and got me going for less than 100 bucks. Wow hometown business matter folks YOU HEAR!!!! Couldn't have called Walmart store centers for this ONLY local businesses can deliver this type of service! Personalized touch this place has. Very nice patient people and with me crying hysterically only patience & toughness could have dealt with me today. Kudos my hats off to you guys. You made a bad situation go away quickly and I thank you for your help and attention you're amazing @!

This place was fantastic! 5 star service from git go! Jerome greeted me immediately and we proceeded to chat up what I needed done...I shared my woes of hitting a deer driving back from Savannah and he was quick to give me good news....I was not planning on claiming on insurance due to the deductible HOWEVER 8 days later before we brought in in for repairs....BAM another deer decided to to try to take my car off the road....unsuccessfully...I went back and Jerome just shook his head and had to add some more $ on my estimate but it still wasn't too bad....when we retrieve vehicle it was good as new...he handed the keys to my wife and said..."you drive from now on"...lol hopefully we never need his services again but it is good to know we have such quality and friendly care in our small town!!!!
