Poorly managed and unpleasant experience. Long wait for clerks to appear out of back. Never smile. EMPLOYEES Unhappy to be there . WE must be doing them a favor to come in or disturbing their nap.

For the most part I've always had polite service from the normal delivery driver but when "others" deliver packages they never put them on the porch. Sometimes they place them on the steps where they get wet from rain and today they even left the packages in the YARD 30 feet from the house!
