“I recently visited for an oil change on my Jeep and had excellent service from my tech - Calvin. He offered friendly and informative service, reminding me of potential issues to keep a look at on my Jeep, like known pressure seals on the intercooler prone to failure and 1 tire wearing oddly compared to others... possible alignment issue. This wasn't a hard sell, just polite and informative. He gave great professional service and a joy to meet, he created a positive experience and I'll definitely be returning for future service needs.”

“Wow! What great service! I am a long time customer but felt even more special today. I have to take my 26 year old car on a 5 hour trip and idiot lights started flashing. I came in at 4:30. David drove my car to try to diagnose and did a thorough computerized check up. He was thorough, efficient, kind and professional. “I went over yesterday at around 4:00 for an oil change, and all I say was that the service was quick and impeccably friendly. The staff member who spoke with me the most, Leek I believe his name was, had just the greatest friendly attitude and was a pleasure to be served by. The two men who worked on my car, Shaun and Brandon I believe, were incredibly fast and just as friendly as Leek, and all three of them made my experience positive. I will definitely be going back for services or even any questions I may have as they truly seem that friendly and won't mind offering their time for anything. I ended up getting two more additional services done at the same time as I was very impressed with their cordiality and willingness to help. I am hoping a company head sees this and rewards these three respectful men as I've never seen such good service anywhere else. The guys over at Grease Monkey Newnan are great, but this experience here has raised my bar for automobile services to a very high degree. Won't be going anywhere else for my car as long as I live here.”

“My family loves this place. Daniel is amazing! We brought my wife’s mini van in because it was making a grinding noise. Daniel called me one hour Laster to say her van was good to go. It was a minor issue NO CHARGE! He could have easily charged me a couple hundred bucks but he didn’t. I will always bring all my vehicles to this shop! Trustworthy and honest!!”
