Just called Scott I had a question for him as I came across him on Yelp and was told he isn't interested as if I'm some sort of burden didn't get to speak with him, not a good way to treat customers calling in but it's okay I can take my business elsewhere . Hopefully now you will speak to customers who call in asking for you.
