Wow! I had to stop by to return Amazon items. Just wow! I'm a stickler about cleanliness, especially in stores, and definitely professionalism, and kindness. This UPS Access Point has been the best.It IS CLEAN, NEAT, and organized. They even have water, candies! The floor wasnt just swept... she mopped the floor!It smelled great. On top of that, both employees were professional, helpful, and just genuinely pleasant! The Senoia (it's near Peachtree/Fayetteville depending on the area you're living in) location hit the perfect trifecta! I appreciate all of this. I will travel here from Luthersville during my weekend errands and need mail, package, etc. I hope this place stays awesome. Thanks!

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever visited. The staff is always friendly, they are quick to serve customers, and even my kids love going because they have treats!

I have used the services of this UPS store on multiple occasions. The customer service at this store is more than excellent. All of the employees are really nice and helpful. I especially want to mention how nice Josh has always been. Whether I was picking up a printing order, returning to Amazon or anything else he is always so helpful. My experiences at this UPS are much better than any other UPS store I have done business with in the past. I’m so glad they opened this store in my community.

I have used this UPS store several times. Both the owner, Theresa, and the staff provide excellent service. UPS had lost a package and Theresa and her staff went above and beyond to help me locate it when UPS did not give me any assistance.

Well run store with very nice and helpful attendants. I've had them help me with numerous unrelated things and they are also helpful. They'll help you print your labels, attach them, and get them sent off without any extra charge.

I never thought I’d leave a review for a shipping store but I’m so impressed with this location that it’s felt I had to do it. The store is always clean and welcoming (little chocolates and bottles of water by the front door) and the staff is incredible. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. It’s actually a pleasure to visit this store. So happy to have it in Senoia.
