I love our little post office here in Senoia, GA. So convenient and no long wait lines. Staff is pleasant and on the ball! I have noticed that as of late the interior of the post office is much cleaner than it ever was before. I heard a disturbing rumor that the lease on the land is coming to an end shortly and that the Post Office and Ashley's Gardens property are to be sold. Dreadful news as I use our Post Office so many times a week! I hope this is NOT true.

Left a package the size of a shoebox hanging out of my mailbox, it was only pushed in a couple of inches but I guess due to the size the carrier figured it was wedged in enough to stay. This wasn't the first time this happened. Not only could it have fallen out into the road someone could have just pulled up and took it without even having to get out of their car. Lazy. We won't get mail for days or weeks at a time and then all of the sudden we'll get a whole stack. Missed an important government document because it was delivered a couple of weeks late, had to ask for an extension. At least once a week our mail is opened. The Post Office here has always been bad here but now it is just getting ridiculous.

My God! I thought it was just me!!! This place has horrible customer service for Senoia to be such a small town! Every time I go in there, I am disappointed. From drivers, turning around and driving through my grass, to drivers smoking cigars when they pull up and leaving ashes on my delivery box! I swear I can't make this stuff up!!! You can't even go in and pick up a piece of mail without an attitude from the staff. Senoia needs to do better. I will say that the guy that's almost always working in the front is the most professional, and the Post Master is understanding and tries to be helpful when resolving issues....but the rest of my encounters with other staff members out of the 3 years that I have lived in Senoia has been horrible! I absolutely do not like going in there at all! I usually give my mail person gifts at Christmas or something thoughtful for other holidays, I haven't even done that since I been a residence....it has not been deserved at all. I hope to see them get better. The best thing you can do in life is BE KIND! It cost you nothing.

These people are holding my mail hostage bc they claim a snake is living in my mailbox I don’t see anything in the mailbox for 3 days I have seen ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THERE! I want my mail delivered soon! My neighbor and I looked everywhere in the mail box and nothing is there Take a picture cause there is Nothing There
I WANT MY MAIL delivered to my creditors on time and I have grievances about that too I am always having to pay 2 times the bill so they won’t be late I can’t keep doing this I have other bills to pay besides paying my bills Twice get it together or we will have more issues then a damn snake

The customer service here is awful. Went in to get a ground delivery box and packaging and it took 45 minutes because the 2 older workers wanted to argue and not help me in anyway. I know that this isn't a packaging store but they have the basic essentials to ship a package. Unfortunately, I told them USPS sucks because they can NEVER help me when it comes to packages. I regret saying that but I couldn't believe they wanted to refuse me from buying a box and having it ship out. They told the other customers I was a difficult customer and I had to inform the other customers they will not help me with this simple package. The guy left for 10 minutes after I finally got all my supplies (just to make me wait) and I ended up having everything I needed to ship my package. It could have taken 2 minutes to ship, pay, and send, but they decided they wanted to argue with a paying customer. If USPS keeps doing this to customers, I hope USPS closes down forever and we have FedEx and UPS to deal with, because they have much better customer service.

I’ve had my mail opened and tampered with (it was a new CC). I called to make them aware and they said sometime mail gets ripped. I then had 2 child tax mail items never get delivered but they showed up on my usps informed delivery as what was coming in. When I called to let them know, they said that it isn’t reliable and to wait two weeks. I never received that mail! I have never had issues with my mail or informed delivery before moving to Senoia. When someone calls to inform you that some sketchy things are happening with their mail, it should be address and not pushed aside. Based on other reviews I’m not the first one with this issue.I will say, everyone I have spoken to has been very kind but that doesn’t do much for me in the situation of mail being messed with. While I appreciate their kindness/professionalism, I needed the issues addressed.

I live in Peachtree City and still drive to this post office when I need to mail a package. They are so pleasant and efficient.

Anytime I have a package delivered by post office, they deliver it to the wrong house. Very frustrating.

Now I know in times of Covid, things are a bit messy with deliveries and such.... Had a package claiming it had been delivered and never received it. Called the office (in Senoia) and talked to someone and she (cant remember her name unfortunately) was incredibly helpful and kind. Delivered my missing package herself to my door the next day! Now THAT'S service!
