This location closes at 9 o’clock. My son and I walked in at 8:25 and they were already closing things down the girl with the orange hair. It was a young black lady had a nasty little attitude when I asked were they closing down because everything was covered up, she said yeah the inside is I proceeded to go to the drive-through and nobody would take my order ! That’s not closing time you don’t close everything down until the store is actually closed because some people are still wanting to come in I would not recommend this to anyone that kind of services not what I was looking.

Mgr. On duty was terrible she also told the worker not to fill my quart to the top though I am paying over 10$ for a quart I am thinking this service is not worth me Spending my money I will never go back and I frequent there for cakes & other items not my money as long that Mgr is there! Notahappycustomer!!

There needs to be a ZERO option. I drove all the way here from Fairburn after looking online showing it closes at 9p. I get there at 8:20p and "ice cream side is already closed" per the two rude, non-chalant, tacky employees I've ever encountered. I asked her name and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me there was no manager on duty and if I wanted to call someone to get the number online. When I asked for the manager's name, she didnt know it. So this tells me your staff are liars. I will tell EVERYONE about this place and I hope it closes down due to all the bad reviews!

The Pecan Praline flavor is everything. We went Sunday evening and Tiara was working. Such a sweet young lady who provided stellar service. Great hire!

If I could brave a no start I would. The lady that helped me seemed to be inconvenienced by my questions so to not bother her I ended up getting a flavor I wasn’t fond of. My son didn’t like his so I went get him another but there was no one to be found at the counter nor anyone there the 25/30 mins while we sat. Definitely will not be returning

Ditto on the above review about the times!! The past three or four times that we have come to the Sharpsburg Baskin-Robbins they have been closed before the time listed on the door and on the website. Customer service is lacking!! Poor management.

I don't know what changed but these people have the worst customer service in the world. Refused to make a birthday ice cream cake after ordering online and paying although I had ordered several cakes from this location in the past. Then when I asked for a refund they said I would have to bring the card in. They are incompetent and rude.

Bought and paid for a cake ONLINE a week early, went to pick up my cake and after waiting for 10-15 mins for the worker to call the manager was told they had already given my cake away to someone else. Now, I don’t know that I believe this… for all I know they never made the cake but if they did how do you just give a cake to a customer without asking to see the receipt? ??♀️ While they offered me a cake out of their freezer this was still very upsetting as this was for a birthday party which we were late for due to having to wait to find out our cake was not there. Won’t make the mistake of buying anything here again.

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I’ve tried. I’ve come 3x within a week and they just kept running out of ice cream. They were out of at least 5 different flavors, no hot fudge, no marshmallow, no strawberry toppings, no brownie toppings or anything else popular. The first time I understand but I returned a few days later and they had even less. What’s worse is if you place an order through doordash they don’t update it with what items are out of stock and won’t let you know until you or your dasher picks up.

Things have gotten better under different management. Better customer service from counter staff. Porche, server, friendly and engaging. We’ll be back.

Came by in the middle of the afternoon and all of the doors were locked. Only taking orders in the drive-thru. Line was outrageous.
