I think the store manager should take a walk across the street & walk Costco . A lot can be learned . From cleanliness, customer service, appearance, organization, meat & seafood department , produce , etc. I have a membership both places . And I just feel that knowing the competition across the street I’d definitely step my game up a bit if I were Sam’s.

Outstanding Customer Service at Sam’s Club in Sharpsburg, GA!
We had a fantastic shopping experience at the Sam’s Club in Sharpsburg, GA. We purchased a large item that, to our surprise, didn’t quite fit in our car while it was still in the box. Just as we were trying to figure out what to do, Chris D. came running over without hesitation to assist us.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help us safely remove the packaging and fit the item into our vehicle. His quick thinking and willingness to jump in and help truly saved the day.
In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, Chris D. is a shining example of what it means to care about the customer experience. Thank you, Chris, for turning a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant one. We’ll absolutely be back.

Relatively a new club and very good customers service!!! And of course the samples pull you in as will the deli!
UPDATE JUNE 2025
This Sam's Club is really making me regret renewing my membership!!! As much as I used to love this particular store is exactly how much I DO NOT like it at all!!! They have gotten so GHETTO and DISRESPECTFUL at this location!! We got hotdogs at the fast food court and every drink at the drink station was flat and watered down. We literally threw our cups into the trash without getting anything. Trash was on the floor, employees just hanging out chilling like they were on vacation..... It's like there isn't any management anywhere to ensure customer service was being kept to a higher standard. I'm now regretting NOT getting a Costco card instead.... And this is THE SECOND time I've been to Sam's Club since renewing my membership and witnessing this sad satire of a supposed establishment. The one nice lady who was very professional and helpful was the lady who checked our cart as we left the store. She was very friendly and helpful and kind.
EVERYBODY ELSE WAS FROM THE STREETS!!!

I've been to a couple Sam's club in the past and I honestly say I was impressed by the staff here as well as does layout of the sales floor it was really easy to find things and if I couldn't find something the staff was more than happy to help me I really appreciate the great service and the layout of the place.

The tire shop is broken. Last time I used Sam’s Club tire department for a set of tires, I ordered the tires that would be ready in a day or two. A week later I went in to see about the tires. They “forgot” to call me. Then I had to make an appointment to get them installed for yet another day and a third trip and still they couldn’t do it for the time scheduled.
This time I went in for a flat repair. I was told that they only had an inexperienced tech because the other tech went home early. So I made an appointment for the next day. I waited in line for quite a while and finally was told by the only man who showed up for work today that he was too busy and I would have to make another appointment.
Don’t waste your time at Sam’s Club to anything tire related.

I’ve never had an issue shopping here. I went to the cafe today 6/1/2025 around 2pm. I asked 3 times nicely if they can refill the Pepsi fountain drink bc all of them were out. Mind you, I waited patiently I know they’re busy. The fourth time I asked bc they kept telling me someone was going to change it, one of the ladies told me too bad pick something else. As stupid as it is to complain about this, I just feel like it was so rude. By that time, There was no line. I just want to make it clear that’s what the lady told me. Too bad pick something else.

Tried to wait in line to see what a membership would be. Waited and waited and waited. We decided to look around anyway. It's not worth the bother. Costco is way better.

I called the store for days and no answer. I finally get through to the eye department and I insisted the bakery could not be reached but they forwarded me several times. They even sighed and caught an attitude the last call I made and they finally put me through to a help deskm they put me on hold for 15 mins before someone picked up and asked what I was calling about. They were also short and rude with me as I attempted to place a cake order, they tell me that I have to come in store or go online. Worst customer service ever!

I love scan n go feature of Sam’s Club. Very slow long lines to get a hot dog or pizza. This needs to be streamlined like scan n go

Nice Sam’s. Customer service is poor. We had an honest mistake in the meat department where we found glass and plastic in the meat. Guest services being the first face was not so pleasant. Towanna, gave me unnecessary attitude, and when complaint was filed it was never relayed to the appropriate person. This will be the reason we choose another location.
