I love this store. Today I took both of my kids for an appointment with the Optician. She was absolutely amazing with my children and took her time to get accurate measurements for their glasses. All the other staff members were just as helpful, and friendly.

I enjoyed my visit today. I was wanting some fruit and I wasn't disappointed. Pears apples, pineapple, mandarin, and bananas. They had lots of grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and more.

Went to Sam's today to get ink for my HP printer had called to make sure they had it, they said we have plenty when I showed up they absolutely had none in stock. Talked to employee & told him and employee was absolutely unconcerned; Sam's is getting just as bad as Wal-Mart they just care about the money not the customer. On Sam's club response they claim there going to improve this; which is false as this has happened to me 3 times in the last year.

This locations cake decorating department is a complete joke. We have tried ordering birthday cakes here for the past 2 years, and we are always met with, “oh you can’t pick it up that day,” “we don’t have a cake decorator here Sundays or Mondays,” “you can’t order a cake on Thursdays,” “you have to give two weeks notice,” “we are booked solid.” The store policy is 24 hours notice so why is it that every time we try getting a cake it turns into this huge ordeal? We came in today, February 15 and tried ordering a cake for Monday and were told no because there is no decorator there Sundays or Mondays so we said okay we can get it Saturday, that turned into a “no we are booked”. Management had to get involved last year too over the decorators refusing to take the cake order, you need to have a notice posted if you aren’t going to follow the company policy of 24 hours advance notice and instead make up your own.

This Sam’s Club location is, somehow, awful. They can’t keep products in stock - for example, various men’s hoodies, pants, and jackets sell out and are not replenished even once. The cafe routinely runs out of ice cream and you still have to stand in line for 15-20 minutes to discover this. I come here because it’s close to home, and I’m disappointed EVERY time I do.

Currently waiting on an order at the bakery… being YELLED at and told I am being disrespectful and have an attitude because THEY lost my order. Not a great way to start the day…. I can assure you I was polite and very concerned since I placed the order last week and they can’t find it. THIS is why we shop at Costco.

Friendly staff and very helpful. This store is always clean and well lit. It makes for a pleasurable shopping experience. I wasn’t looking for flooring in Sam’s, but saw this and was extremely excited. You never know what you might find at your local Sam’s Club.

I have been a member of this Sams club for the pass four years. For the last pass seven months, I have experienced the highest level of Racial discrimination & harassment in my life. Being that I’m in the food business. I visit this store at least 4x a week. I have tried to resolve this matter by speaking with the MOD & Corporate. In which some of the employees was terminated.For the last pass 30 it been ok. Until Friday I had a long day preparing to feed 400 people on the next day. I’m a plus member so I use scan and go every time I go to sams. I was headed towards the door going threw the check out counter when Ms. Daniah (African American) came out of no where asking me did I pay for my things. In which held up my phone indicating I went through scan & go but this was a new experience because only place you suppose to stop is at the front door so the clerk can check your receipt. Ms. Daniah the proceeded to run behind me then around me to the front. It was a young (white) guy at the door who treated me very well and was looking at the manger crazy when she reached behind me and got another scanner. She then tried to scan the barcode on my phone which wouldn’t scan and the great gentleman told her she only need my card. I then proceed to give her my card she scanned it and instead of following sams procedures which is scan 3 or four item she looked at the receipt and counted each and every item in my cart. I then proceed to walk out the door, she snatched my cart back from me and said she then had to scan three items. I then told her no because it was one African American man in line and a (white female with just as much in her cart) she needed to take care of them. Once she finish scanning my items she walk off and let the other your guy check out the remaining people in line. I was so upset once I got home in which I live 5min always I had a very bad panic attach. So today I will be reaching out to the store manager and try to resolve this problem yet once again.

Coach Brenda need to mind her business and worry about the mold in her department!! She walk around like she got a stick up her. Only time store manager n coaches want to help or do anything as a team is when the big Wigs coming or there is a walk through, besides that they lay in thier beds and text ppl what to do. All team leads are over worked and short staffed, I’m a spouse and this is what I have to hear about at home about this sick place. Im tired of my spouse being ran down to the ground by these ppl and have no time or energy to spend with thier families. This place is still being ran like a plantation. Coaches need to help out more or step down and let them leads take your position, because obviously they put in more work than you. Learn how to be team players even after you move up in position, don’t put stress and strain on 2 ppl !!! Work as a team and that goes for store manager also . Don’t use ppl to make yourself look good . Promote those good hard working woman and men and you know who they are!! Or we will take our talent somewhere else! Ten4?
