“Great security and clean location. Staff is friendly and I feel like they know what's going on at the place and don't just exist to take my money. Let's face it: it's no fun having to pay to keep my stuff somewhere other than my home, but since I have to do it, I appreciate that it's in a secure, bug-free location.
Came back to this review to say I've moved out of the storage now and I still rate them five stars. My belongings were here from August 2018 until December 2024 and they were just as nice when I took them out as they were when I put them in. I always felt safe at Newnan Lock Storage and the area was always clean.”

As we were trying to coordinate our move at the eleventh hour, he took the time to answer every question, made sure we felt confident about storing our belongings, and even arranged to have our gate access code changed so we could feel even more secure. That level of care gave us real peace of mind.
When we arrived, Leigh Stone went above and beyond by staying late to make sure we were taken care of. After a long day of moving, her kindness, patience, and welcoming spirit meant more than she probably realized.
Customer service like this is becoming harder to find. Carrie and Leigh didn’t just help us rent storage units—they helped make a very stressful life transition much easier.

“Reasonably priced and truly a great, safe facility over the 5 years I’ve been with them. The facility (floors specifically) used to be a lot cleaner and better maintained than it is nowadays, but a million times better than U-Haul. There are more bugs now, which may be a result of the open siding above the elevators as shown in the attached photo. I think they could a trash can and could use another dolly or two as well.
Also want to give Alexis a shoutout. Spoke with her recently for the first time and she’s super friendly!”

“Visited yesterday and Ms. Alexis, the property manager helped us. We had not rented a storage unit before and she answered all our questions and more. Showed us the unit and was so wonderful to us. The unit was clean, cool, and dry and definitely climate controlled. This property has incredible security, fenced, wired and with a passcode gate to enter. The security is very well thought out and there are numerous fail safes in place. We were given a Thank You bag with our lock, keys, keychains, and the nicest promo pens I have ever seen. Ms. Alexis is superlative and made our day. Her customer service skills are the absolute best. We were very impressed.”

Convenient to load and unload, back right up to door with covered access. Plenty of dolly’s available for easy transporting items. Very pleased with everything, highly recommend.”

“From Uhaul to Budget. I tried to work something out with Uhaul online but their system is a bit antiquated. But it was cheaper so went with it. Well I find out a few days before (because I called them) that Uhaul was trying to have me drive 45min just to get a rental place that had a vehicle. (Why they didn't tell me sooner when they knew already). Any way I looked for an alternative and looked up Budget truck rental. Gary & Bill here were so helpful! When I contacted them they went the extra mile and worked on getting me a great price. They have a clean and organized operation. In the end I wondered how I didn't find them sooner, they were great to work with and had a great rental. Would recommend them!”
