“I have only good things to say about the Service dept at this dealership. First, it was easy to call in and schedule an appointment (once I figured out the correct phone number). Friendly scheduler found a time that worked for me since I was coming from well out of town. My service advisor Tyler was very professional, friendly, and honest. He kept me updated while I waited. They have a fairly comfortable waiting area where you can bring your laptop to work, or just watch tv with coffee. Unlike another NW Georgia Nissan dealership, they did not send a salesperson to try to sell me a new vehicle while I waited, and that was much appreciated. They completed the inspection on my vehicle in a reasonable time. This will definitely be my Nissan dealership of choice going forward.”

“Came here the other day to have my car battery checked since it kept randomly dying. I didn’t get the guy’s name but checked my battery, and found the issue quickly. Just a faulty wire! He educated us on how to fix it and what certain parts we would need. He was really nice and helpful and saved us from a trip to a repair place. :)”

“I was taking my son for his driver’s license test at Driver’s Services in Rome, GA. Right before they started the test, the instructor noticed a brake light out and said, if you quickly run across the street to O’Reilly, I’ll wait for you. I am so grateful to both the fantastic women inside the store, Hannah and Kat who helped me out. I’ve never changed a brake light before and with only a few minutes to spare, Hannah came outside to the parking lot, brought tools, and helped me replace the light as quickly as possible. She is amazing and I am very appreciative to this wonderful team!”
“For weeks, I had been dealing with an incredibly frustrating wind noise coming from the driver's side of my car. It sounded like the window wasn't completely rolled up, even though it was. I spent more than five hours at the dealership over multiple visits, only to be told they couldn't figure out what was causing it.
My experience with this shop was the complete opposite. Instead of giving up when the problem wasn't obvious, they stuck with it until they found the issue and fixed it, something the dealership couldn't do after hours of trying. I can't tell you how relieved and grateful I was.

“My car started losing power as I was coming up on to Rome and after it dying and being jumped a couple times I was able to make it here. We checked my alternator and found out it's going bad. They were able to charge my battery for me and also got me a spare battery just in case. After buying half the store fixing this, that, and the other while I waited for it to charge, I was able to make it back home safe and in one piece. I just want to give a big shout out to the employees there today because without them I definitely wouldn't have made it back. Chris was super helpful and took care of everything I needed and more. Above wnd beyond doesn't do it justice. Thank you so much.”

After a quick phone call, these guys were ready before I had even made it out the car with a new battery and the tools to change it. In less than 5 minutes, I was back out on the road, literally. “I’ve had to use r&j twice now on the same car! Lol. They’re extremely professional and do TOP NOTCH work. The first collision, someone had accidentally backed into my rear quarter panel I’ve included some before pictures. The picture of just that quarter panel is after! It’s like it never happened. The second collision happened on thanksgiving night, someone hit my car while it was parked in my driveway and did some considerable damage but they made sure it was fixed with quality parts, precision, and in a timely manner.
