“I’ve been a customer of car mart since march of 2022. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from them originally and when the head gasket blew back in July they put me in a new vehicle with no down payment. I now drive a 2014 Chrysler 200 and the payments are higher and I’ve been struggling with them the past couple payments but they have been working with me to do as their motto says “ keep me on the road “ this place has such a bad rep but they have truly been nothing short of amazing ❤️. “Cameron the man himself reached out to me and made my situation right he made me aware the car was handled completely thru the auction. I had bought this hellcat with intentions of driving it back from Atlanta after purchasing it online thru auction. As one may see from the photos from auction the car looked in decent shape. Although upon arrival the vehicle had a broken window. Cameron made me aware the vehicle was not like this when they bought it in Florida. It seems to be the auction might've damaged the vehicle in this regard. I ended up arbitrating the vehicle to receive my money back. Cameron went out of his way to find me personally and make my situation right. I can not say there are many honest people out there. But he showed me honorability and integrity. He made the situation right. In regards to the vehicle I hope whoever broke the window in the auctions possession is held accountable because I have no idea how this car would've passed PSI because the supercharger was also clanking. I spent about 1k in flights, last minute flights and expenses dealing with this auction. If the cars window was not busted I Would've drove the car back and I would not have wasted so much money on last minute flights but driving a car with a broken window in the middle of January is not ideal nor worth the hassle. MANHEIM ATLANTA please do better. The photos you guys uploaded of the vehicle nor the description stated anything, of any issues with this vehicle.”

“We went to visit the lot yesterday. We were welcomed very warmly. Zack was awesome!! He answered all of our questions and even explained everything to us as far as buying or leasing is concerned. We were able to test drive the car we were interested in getting. The car was great, the only issue I had was whomever owned the car or maybe someone who drove it left stuff in the glove compartment and there were ants in the car. They left dirty napkins, candy, and some taco bell sauce. Other than that the service was great. We got approved for the car but we haven't purchased it yet anyway. I'm hoping to get it cleaned properly before we make any decisions.”

“they were honest, they help my mom with her account in a timely manner manner. They didn’t try to take a vantage of her the mistakes that they made which would cause my mom over $1000 out of pocket immediately showed passion and their sympathy behind the mistake, and maybe immediately fix it, I’m very proud of service good place to go and buy a car for the experience.
