(THIS IS A WARNING) DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH AT THIS LOCATION! I WASHED MY CAR AT THIS LOCATION AND LATER FOUND A TON OF SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY CAR. I ASKED WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THE CAR WASH WAS SERVICED AND WAS TOLD NEVER. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THERE'S A SIGN STATING THEY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU USE THE CAR WASH! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED FOLKS- DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH AT THIS LOCATION. IT TOOK THE MANAGER/ OWNER 2 WEEKS TO CALL ME BACK. EXTREMELY RUDE MAN! ZERO STARS- ZERO STARS

this is a warning) do not use the car wash at this location! i washed my car at this location and later found a ton of scratches all over my car. i asked when was the last time the car wash was serviced and was told never. i was also told that there's a sign stating they will not be held responsible for any damages to your vehicle if you use the car wash! you have been warned folks - do not use the car wash at this location. it took the manager/ owner 2 weeks to call me back. extremely rude man! zero stars- zero stars

We were on a long road trip and my girls needed a restroom and snacks. Restrooms were disgusting, staff extremely rude. Didn't say hello but was speaking in her native language to coworkers. If you hate people that much please don't own/run/work at this type of business.

Car wash system is broken so you have to go inside to pay for the car wash instead of paying at the panel but there isn’t anything there to let you know that. When I called inside and asked for assistance the person just said “you have to come inside!” and hung up on me. It was an unnecessary response, It doesn’t cost anything to be kind.

To the young man behind the counter with the name tag displaying "Training", I believe you will do well with the BP Corporation. With the BP App, I rarely have to go inside unless I want a snack. This time at the pump my App wasn't working so I needed human assistance. The young man did just that with a beaming smile behind his mask in offering to reprint my receipt so I could contact customer service in order to get my points. I don't think I'll make the contact as his engaging service & wanting to help was the reward within itself. When I gave him his verbal compliments, the store manager came around the corner from cleaning the Grab N Go area to say thank you. Friendly & a clean environment, both inside & out.
