The community features a double-decked pool and beautiful units, some with sunrooms, fireplaces, gas stoves, and built-in bookshelves. The leasing office is helpful, courteous, and proactive with communication about maintenance. The staff is friendly, hospitable, kind, informative, patient, and knowledgeable, providing a great and supportive experience from viewing to move-in. The maintenance team is excellent and friendly. It is considered one of the best complexes in the area, a fantastic and amazing find close to the highway. Residents highly recommend Calibre Lake as a wonderful place to live.

My experience at the Calibre Lakes over the weekend was a great experience, because Peggy, the leasing manager showed me a unit and around the property. She was kind, informative and patience I knew right away this is the place I would like to live.
