Calibre Lake is a quiet and beautiful property with well-maintained buildings and grounds. It offers a peaceful and serene living environment with lovely nature and water views. The community features a double-decked pool and beautiful units, some with sunrooms, fireplaces, gas stoves, and built-in bookshelves. The leasing office is helpful, courteous, and proactive with communication about maintenance. The staff is friendly, hospitable, kind, informative, patient, and knowledgeable, providing a great and supportive experience from viewing to move-in. The maintenance team is excellent and friendly. It is considered one of the best complexes in the area, a fantastic and amazing find close to the highway. Residents highly recommend Calibre Lake as a wonderful place to live.
Love living here. Going on two years now and don't ever want to leave. Office staff and maintenance are the best of the best. Beautiful and full of amenities. The layout couldn't be nicer with sun room, fireplace and large patio deck.
