I can’t recommend Car Connex enough! I brought my car in because I was having issues with my battery. Mr. Chang took me in right away, looked at my car sooner than expected, and didn’t even charge me for what he did.
As a woman who knows very little about cars, I often leave repair shops feeling taken advantage of, but this was the complete opposite. Mr. Chang was honest, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me. Before going in, I read so many reviews saying how fair and trustworthy he is, and I can now confirm every word of it. If you’re having car trouble, this is absolutely the place to go!

I've been going to Car Connex for over 20 years. The prices are always the most reasonable, and the work is first-rate. Friends with all kinds of cars say the same thing. If your car has a gas engine, Car Connex can fix it fast and affordably.
One added benefit is that the local coffee shop, REV, is in front of Atlanta Road. So I can drop off my car and get some work done while waiting.

As many of the reviews have said, Chang is the best. Came for a thermostat replacement on a glc 300 based on engine codes. Chang gave me a quote, car came in the lot in the morning and was finished in the evening. When we picked it up he showed me the old thermostat and where it failed. Great price, great service, and honest above all. I have convinced myself I do not need another opinion when this guy down the road.

I took my Toyota yaris for service and they did a great job! I needed the alternator replaced and also the water pump. The cost was very reasonable. Somewhere else I probably would've been charged double, but not here. Honest mechanics are hard to find.

The MOST HONEST mechanic in Atlanta. Chang has worked on every vehicle I have had over 20 years. Early years he came to my house to correct something that left my car unable to crank. I moved to East Cobb and tried to find someone closer and it just isn't worth it. Today I brought in my car that I had the oil changed at Grease Monkey. It developed a leak a couple of weeks later. Grease Monkey checked and said it was something to do with a oil pressure switch and referred me to a repair shop near them. I brought it to Chang who worked me in and it was only a loose oil filter that Grease Monkey installed. Chang would not charge me even topping off my oil.
THE BEST MECHANIC EVER. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN. Even for an oil change....ESPECIALLY FOR AN OIL CHANGE!

Chang's understanding of my car just from looking at it for 8 minutes completely blew me away. He diagnosed the issue in that 8 minutes, and I was skeptical, until he explained it to me and returned it to me with the issue fixed. Previous mechanics had looked and searched, but were unable to find the issue let alone that quickly!
Fair pricing, great conversation, excellent customer service.
