Awesome Community I love the staff here they are informative, Friendly, warm and approachable group of people. They are very on time for maintenance request. I have had an overall lovely experience living at CenterView Park. I have been here over 7 years and planning to stay another 7 years.

It’s nice at first but it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. At the end of the day it’s still a pig. It’s calm and quiet but reaching the end of my lease I just wanted to move out!!! You could hear the cockroaches in the walls. When I finally moved out it took 2-3 months to get my small security deposit. They took a lot out and I left the apartment clean. But anyways that’s my experience. All those specs are cockroaches and their feces

In the short time that my wife and I have been here, we are delighted, it is a unique, quiet, cozy place, also very clean, no bugs like rats or cockroaches, we gave it 5 stars because there are no more!!!
