Jordan Yancey went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable with the wheelchair purchase. She made adjustments for myself so I was comfortable with the attendant control, and provided a compassionate caring attitude. I've been a client of certified seating sents day 1 and have been completely satisfied thru sales an service year after year the staff are all amazing individuals and I enjoy dealing with them all and I have to give a special shout out to Greg who comes out and give me a 1st class service each and every time they review system is only set up to rate 5 stars but they sincerely deserve more I don't know them all by name just rullie the owner and Greg service tech. But I'd like to thank them all and I look forward to our future sales and services.

I love working with Gaye Barger to provide seating for my patients. She makes the process streamlined and understandable for me as a clinician and for my patients. Greg came to tighten the wheelchair brakes. Wow! Greg did a great job! Greg explained everything he was doing and the reason (or reasons) for the maintenance he was doing. Greg did PM (preventive maintenance [or perhaps corrective maintenance]) on the seat, that I hadn’t recognized as needing fixing. The wheelchair brakes are snug and tight. I also have to get better at/on my sit-to-stands, to minimize challenges to the wheelchair. So Greg, by his excellent work and explanations is assisting me in my rehabilitation.

Greg is freaking incredible I absolutely love this organization from the bottom of my heart. They have been the biggest blessing of my life since arriving to Atlanta. They’ve given me back my confidence to go out and conquer the world one roll of time. Lol I love my wheelchair. It has given me my freedom back my mobility and empowered my purpose. I had a good time hanging out with Greg. He’s super cool and he made me So comfortable, he was able to fix a part on my wheelchair that I thought I would have to come out of pocket for. I just got off the phone at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday during work hours. The answering machine first said that the store was closed. It then sent me to a mailbox which was full and unable to accept messages.These are not very good signs. Also, they have a lost customer in me.

I highly recommend anyone that has an existing wheelchair that needs repair, or is in need of a new chair all together that they utilize Certified Seating and Mobility. From the start of the process, including PT evaluations for a new chair, Rullie Hallman and his team were with me throughout every step of the process. They also kept constant communication with me. The wheelchair I received today is life-changing. Words do not accurately describe how grateful I am for the excellent service I receive from Certified Seating and Mobility!
