I was stuck on a Sunday without a birthday cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. Decided to try this local place and I'm SO glad I did! The place was spotlessly clean and they had a huge selection of homemade cakes. The cake was the hit of the party, everyone raved. I got the Bailey's soaked chocolate but was soooo tempted by the Tres Leches.

Oh, I love local spots! Same concept as Sweet Hut Bakery, so grab a tray and tongs and grab what you like! This is the picky lil' girls request to go here, so this place must be delicious! She wanted a "guavalito", because her school gives them to her after school. So, we perused the bakery cases, and she found them! Woo hoo! By the way, they are good! Pastries and cakes galore! In a plaza with a gas station, but don't be deterred. This place is legit!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know how someone has an awful experience at a gas station. I mean it's a freakin' gas station. And I get that most people only write reviews when they have something negative to say rather than something positive. I wanted to self pay this morning, but after inserting my card, the screen displayed a cursor which I assumed was to enter my zip code. I tried that and it didn't work, it just kept saying "see attendant." Anyways, I went inside to pay. I was waiting in line and there was a woman behind me. One of the staff members came in and asked the woman what she needed and helped her at the other register despite me being next in line. I thought that was kind of rude, but hey, not the end of the world. While at the pump, it was pumping extremely slow, about 30 or so seconds to fill 1 gallon. The same staff member came to my car and told me, "Yo, Imma need to stop this for a minute." I said okay, and he continued to stare at the pump aimlessly for a few seconds before stopping it. Then walked off. I asked him if he knew how long it would need to be off and he just snarked, "I SAID a minute!" It wasn't off for very long and when I was able to start pumping again, it went much faster. My issue was how rude he was during every encounter I had with him. I don't think his attitude had anything to do with the fact that he works at a gas station and may just hate his job. He was very flirtatious and sexually inappropriate with the woman he let cut in front of me; and seemed happy and fun-loving. Maybe he was just sexist? Maybe racist? I don't know. All I know is he was an absolute miserable human being to interact with and I'll go out of my way next time to go somewhere else. Don't want to risk that kind of ugliness rubbing off on me. Maybe that guy will one day learn to treat people with decency, and if not, maybe he can do us all a favor and try to limit human interaction whenever possible.

Small gas station with few pumps, it can get crowded during certain times of the day, but besides that the staff is cool and the snacks are always fresh,

Beware of fuel prices advertised and actual pump price. The grades are reversed on the pump... 89, 87 and 93. So when selecting be sure to hit the correct grade and not select far left and assume it is 87. Attendees or owners are taking advantage of the demographics and overcharging customers. Avoid at all costs... do business elsewhere.
