The manager is unprofessional and needs to be retrained and coached on her leadership skills. I shop Citi Trends a lot and she's the only person who makes me not want to go into this store. However, I filed a complaint with BBB tonight and sending it to the corporate. She doesn't know who I know but I'll be in touch with the District Manager, see if we can't help Felecia get her act together. I'm big on customer service and the store manager here is rude and unprofessional towards me and I'm about to pull her card. See if she really about that life. She literally complains about me setting up layaways openly to her sales associates and I can hear her. I had two incidents that prevented me from getting my last layaway, so they had to cancel it and put the merchandise back. The customer gets a store credit minus $10. So they lose nothing but every single time I go into that store the store manager makes it clear that something about me rubs her the wrong way or she doesn't like me setting up layaways. If I want to set up 10 layaways, walk out the door and then change my mind and come back to cancel them, I can. Her job is to process the transaction. Nothing more. I put up with her disgusting and disrespectful disposition since last year. Today October 26 is not her day. I've already been in contact with a peer who will contact the District Manager. Since she thinks her behavior is acceptable, let's see if I can't help her get that in check.

Very good prices and nice finds. However, they are doing away with the dressing rooms. As a shopper and a consumer, that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. You will have plenty of returns and take the risk of clothing being returned in not so good condition. When they could have tried the items on and if they didn't fit left the items in the store. I'm sure someone sitting in an office that probably don't even shop at citi trends came up with this dumb idea

This citi trends will make you feel so uncomfortable. The employees always watching and following the black people. I can't even shop in peace SMH. specifically Bob haircut and brown ponytail employee's.

There are very nice clothes and accessories at a good price, but the cashiers are racist, when we Hispanics enter that store they look at you badly just for being Hispanic, and I don't understand why, they should look at themselves in a mirror and then look at us badly...
