Beware: I would never recommend the use of this company to anyone. The prices are proposed to get your business but are inflated at actual moving. There is no mention of third party shipping costs that can double your initial costs. I literally pay d an additional 700 for packing materials that were at the discretion of the packers. My shipment arrived over a month after pick up. The receipt date is not calculated until two weeks after pick up. My furniture was wet and broken in storage and transport. I was offered a settle based off weight of damage not cost. My delivered good we not reassembled, boxes of clothes were wet and mildewed and furniture broken even after paying for packaging. The company operates of different names and wants cash payments to curtail taxes. Do not use this company. Save yourself from the grief. I will be hiring an attorney.

Horrible moving company. Many broken items and furniture pieces. Unprofessional movers and loader, constantly asking to use our bathroom while the others throw our belongings around, and demanding payment ahead of time. Unbelievable. Enjoy the pictures. Broken desk, cabinet, rug, bookshelf, bins, cart, bike chain, plus items inside of boxes.

We were originally being relocated out of state. Due to a medical emergency we cannot relocate. I notified City Jump the same day I found this out, which was 5 days before our scheduled move. We are a family with 4 children and one on the way. I told them my situation and pleaded for a refund that would be incredibly helpful with our situation. I am 8 months pregnant and was diagnosed with placenta abruption and placed on bedrest. We cannot move because any type of long travel would cause preterm labor and risk my life as well as my unborn child's. They offered to hold our move for up until a year. We do not know what we will be doing and would like a refund especially since zero service has been done by City Jump at this point other than them answering my phone calls. Allison stated she represents the owner and is the only one who can make that decision but since she has to pay her rent and other bills, a refund beyond their normal 7 day policy is not available. I pleaded again and explained how desperate we are and she continued to read the contract saying I am lucky she does not hold me to the entire contract price. Again, City Jump has done nothing for us at this point. Allison stated they are bombarded with calls with people wanting to move, so obviously it is not an issue to fill our spot. If you want a family owned company that looks to take advantage of other families in times of desperation, then yes call them. Otherwise save yourself and use literally anyone else.

They are the worst moving company I have ever come across. Beware of this company! They are very unprofessional and very arrogant. Besides, they take months to deliver your stuff. Even though they say 5 to 6 days to deliver, it is not guaranteed that they would deliver in that given time frame. So think not twice but thousand times before you hire them!

I’m sure they thought I’d forget, none the less if I could give this company no stars I would without a doubt.BEWARE. From the moment my husband decided to use these people and their services it was sketchy from the beginning.Very long story short, they decided to reschedule with us about 2-3 times our moving date when we had explained to them our situation and despite booking in advance (which really there is NO policy for how soon you can or can’t book your services for) regardless, we had to leave soon to move out of state into another. They made the process so incredibly difficult AFTER we signed the contract and paid roughly $600 in a deposit which, unfortunately we never got back because of THEIR negligence and rude, unprofessional behavior. After going into depth of why we could not do another reschedule date because of their booked up schedule (which has nothing to do with us and our move) we finally came to an agreement via over the phone and had a written email these people would show up to our home to move us and travel our belonging across state on a weekend at a certain time. A few hours had past and they NEVER showed. The dissatisfaction and disappointment I felt with this company is of NO other. My husband decided to speak with unhelpful and tacky phone assistant who was clearly of no help what so ever and when I decided to speak with her she spoke to me as if I was illiterate and a child. Her interests were only of that of the company’s (of course) and she had no interest in helping me or my family get things going let alone a refund to be made. Prior to this mess, we actually did ask for a refund because they continued to schedule our move date to a different date when we had to arrive out of state by the beginning of that week. Since we were promised to be moved by the weekend we decided to not proceed with the refund option (which we had asked for AHEAD OF TIME because again of their stupidity and nonsense booking agenda.)This company is absolutely disgusting and doesn’t care about you, your family nor your belongings or money. Look for a reliable, helpful and willing company who will not do you dirty and make the correct arrangements to get you from point A to point B, and your money will be worth the spending and into safe hands.Seriously, stay away from this company. I’m not surprised after reading the other reviews how our services went with these people and not even sure how they’re still in business. So dangerous, uncooperative, sketchy, unreliable, untrustworthy, and money hungry for a FACT!

My company relocated me and my family out to California. Typically, the military has done my moves in the past so this was my first time doing everything on own. I actually reserved a different company and didn't realize they were a broker until it was too late. That was a nightmare, they didn't show up on the date they said and then when they did, my price was double. Anyway, I had spoken with Ciara prior and I knew City Jump was local. They literally came the following morning and were done before we had to leave for our flights. I cannot thank the crew enough! They were able to store my items for a few weeks until I secured my home. Our company is moving about 20 more people and I look forward to sending them your way. Thank you!

It's a long story but they charged me over $3k from the original estimated inventory, which was done with one of the reps via Iphone videos of each room and the contents of the rooms. I understand that some of the packing material had to be extra, but they also charged me extra for gas & tolls and for LESS INVENTORY because I end up removing some items at the last minute. Once the packers came in the leader of the packers told me immediately it was going to be more than the original estimate. We did the videos so there were not going to be extra charges but as you can see it didn't matter. I am OK with the charges for the packing material, I was expecting that, but not $3K more for LESS INVENTORY. They gave me a run around when I called them and sent emails. I never got a manager to rectify the issue with me. In the end, I got so frustrated and threatened them, which worked some because they subtracted $300.00 from the final payment. It was horrible and the movers also broke one big item when offloading the goods at the storage place. Beware, this company.

Do not use this company whatever you do. They damaged so many of our items during the move and somehow lost our 50 inch TV. We’ve been trying for weeks to file a claim with the insurance carrier they provided only to be informed the carrier doesn’t process their claims. I do not know how they are able to stay in business. Absolutely horrible experience

The worst experience EVER!!! Unprofessional. No one is on the same page. Told me I was to feed them and give them a tip. Horrible customer service. Over charged after a low quote was given. Expensive. Hung up on my daughter. Made me very uncomfortable. Threw my belongings onto the truck. After they lured me in I could not reach anyone who handled business with me up to that point. AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AND OVERCHARGED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

If moving to a different state, best to find another company. Worst place you can move with they’ll lie to you about everything and end up paying more than what they promised. Said it’ll take 5 days to ship my stuff I’m going on 3 weeks and still not here. And when you call them on their bs they do nothing to help you. Just save your time and money and take it else where.

Moved from PA to GA on Monday. Was told my things would be delivered between Monday-Wednesday. It’s now Wednesday. They are saying maybe Friday or next week until I receive my things and no reimbursement. They also quoted me $300+ under what it actually cost to move. Look elsewhere.

I contacted this company last min hoping to get a professional service but unfortunately I did not. When I called he stated he had the materials to wrap and secure my furniture which was false. My couch and mattress was dragged across the floor and stained. My dresser was broken and pushed against the wall, and I didn’t notice until the following day. The day of the move I noticed my tv stand was scratched and he stated he would contact me about getting compensated for that. I heard nothing I tried to contact him several days after and never received a return call in regards to damaging my items. Very unprofessional and would never recommend. One of the drivers took two smoke breaks while moving my items as they don’t charge by the hour. Don’t waste your time. Go with a professional.

Late and Not Great:
My wife hired City Jump Moving by putting in a lead for moving companies. They were the first to respond, seemed nice and had good reviews, so we went with them. On moving day, they showed up three hours late in a rented U-Haul. Scheduled for 10am, showed up at 1pm. Every time I called, I was assured they were on their way.
Upon arrival, no apology or anything. It was two black men, one young, kind and hard-working, the other one was old, country and rude. They loaded up our stuff, and when they finally made it to our new home, the older man got on the phone with the boss and refused to unload the truck until my wife paid him, $25 more than the price they had quoted us. We needed to get them done so we could put my daughter down for a nap or I would have refused. The old man just stood there smoking cigarettes in our garage until they properly extorted my wife. We had confirmed there were two levels to our house, so the extra charge for a second-story is BS. Lastly, they broke off a piece of molding on our dresser.
I recommend you stay far away from this shady, unreliable company. I will be warning everybody I know about this. Just feel bad for the nice young man (the one with dreads) who works for such a loser company.
